I recently had the pleasure of working with Dobbs Auto, and I can confidently say it was the best decision. After visiting eight other shops in Jersey specialized in Tesla, I chose to work with Mike at Dobbs because he stood out as the most honest person I met by far.
Theresa, Jennifer, and especially Mike made sure I was well taken care of. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
Mike's honesty and integrity are unmatched. He even decided to repaint the job (a brand new Model Y Quicksilver) without me asking and at no extra cost because it didn't meet his high standards. This level of commitment to excellence is rare and truly appreciated. Additionally, Mike took the time to give me some valuable tips on how to keep my Tesla chip-free, going above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied.

My car happened to break down in front of Dobbs Auto Body shop. Within minutes their team rushed out to the street and pushed my car into their parking lot. They welcomed my 12 month old and me into their air conditioned office without hesitation and graciously accommodated us as we waited for a tow truck. Would highly recommend them for excellent service!
