“Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. “Excellent experience with the entire staff. From the owner, to the office manager to the head tech everyone was professional, prompt, and excellent in their service. I came in for a minor frame repair, and got a fair estimate. The final cost came in under the quote, and they did all the little extras that make the difference like using better screws than OEM, and liberally applying frame protection all around the job site, and related areas. “I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor. Luckily it happened right before I passed this shop and luckily the shop was less than a minute after this happened. Panicking inside I stopped and spoke with the Guys (managers/owner) & told them what was going on. They were ON IT! They checked out my vehicle. Got a quick diagnostics & told me what was wrong and even brought me in and showed me. They were very Thorough & Knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate which wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be & went to work. It was painless. The atmosphere is comfortable as well. I was very satisfied with the business, their work, & the hospitality. I think it was meant that I find this place. JJ Bergamo will be my new spot. I look forward to doing future work with them! They turned one of my worst days into an awesome one!”

“Livingston Collision did an amazing job on my 1983 280ZX Turbo 5 speed (in mint condition). It was an old school repair that required extensive expertise..
I purchased the car about 40 years ago and have garaged and babied it since acquisition. When it was one year old in 1984, a lawn chair in my garage fell on the hood. It was a traumatic experience. I brought my car to Livingston Collision and Gene (the principal of Livingston Collision who since has passed away) replaced the hood and did a wonderful job. I recently had some work done to the car at another shop and somehow the hood got out of alignment. I decided to go back to Livingston Collision to have them see if it was possible to readjust the hood. I met with JR (who is Gene’s son) and explained that back in 1984 his dad had replaced the car hood. JR was wonderful to work with and he spent the time to explain the problem and the solution to the repair.
When I went back to the shop a few hours later, the car was outside and the hood was sitting in the closed position perfectly aligned. I believe that the repair took talent as this was done by hand with several fine adjustments to get it just right. More of an art than a science that only an experienced auto body technician could do. JR was wonderful to work with. I have used Livingston Collision a few years ago to replace a bumper on my Volvo from a minor accident. They did a great job then and a wonderful job now.”

“I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️
