My car was making a horrible noise so I called to be seen the same day. I was told they were very busy (it was Friday) to come in early the next week. I told them it was an emergency and they took me right away and my car was fixed the next day. And they did let me know my car was dangerous to drive with the issue it had. I was impressed with everyone I dealt with.

The service was the only thing that went right. The purchase of the car was terrible. The carfax that I signed cause I didn't see the car was wrong. The care was supposed to have 18000 mils. It had 35000. So the price was very unfair. But I couldn't cry about it. But when I brought it back I ask the sales manager if it was his personal car that he was buy would it be worth 46k after taxes. He could not answer me. Very unfair and I will never buy anything else from auto land. My fist car in 93 was an 84 SHO from autoland. Now these guys don't care about anything other than money. I feel violated. But like I said they had to replace 3 tires give a wheel alignment and oil change to the vehicle just to make it even looks like it's worth 35000. The service was top notch

ZERO STARS. We came from an hour away with a toddler to look a car and SPECIFICALLY called to make sure it was there. We asked the girl to check and she said YES it’s here. When we got there we were told it was sold hours ago. So unprofessional

I visited a Toyota dealership today with the intention of purchasing a Toyota Highlander. The salesperson I worked with was fantastic, and we were close to finalizing a deal. However, when the sales manager "Lawrence" got involved, the experience took a nosedive.
Lawrence ran my credit score and presented me with either an 18% or 19% interest rate, which was shockingly high. I tried to negotiate by offering to put down $20,000 instead of $10,000, expecting a better offer. Instead of officially rechecking the numbers, Lawrence casually wrote on a piece of paper that my monthly payment would only decrease by $120. He didn’t even bother to verify the counteroffer through proper channels, which left me extremely frustrated and unimpressed with his attitude.
Feeling dissatisfied, I left the dealership and headed to the Honda dealership on Route 1. The difference was night and day—excellent customer service and, magically, I was offered a 10% interest rate on a 2025 Honda CR-V, nearly the same price as the Highlander. Needless to say, I made my purchase at Honda.
Toyota, if you want to maintain your reputation, I strongly suggest training your staff, especially managers like Lawrence, on how to properly communicate and negotiate with customers.

I had a great experience with my recent purchase at Autoland Toyota Springfield, NJ. Beka Maghradze, the sales representative is very attentive to all your needs and will do everything to meet your requirements and help you to make a right choice. Roberto, the supervisor very nice person, easy to negotiate with and willing to understand your financial situation. Overall very happy that I made my choice for this dealership. Highly recommended.

Amazing sales team because, I got screwed on paying for some paint protection thing that I didn't want, and mentioned I didn't want and they said we can take that off. All the numbers were removed and replaced with monthly payments, so I assumed it was taken care of. When I got home, I reached out and the only answer was, we got you more for your trade then it was worth, but that was a number I actually agreed to. This is my 11th new car purchase and the only time I have ever felt that I got hosed.

We purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer. The latest purchase was a disaster. My husband changed from a lease to finance. We were told the tires would have been replaced, The car would have been detailed and the rim was scratched when they kept the vehicle to certify it. We were told to come back the following week when our salesman returned from vacation only to be told they don’t offer those services and no one there scratched the rim. When my lease is up on my vehicle I will return it and will not purchase another one. I don’t know what happened to this dealership but they won’t get anymore business from me or my husband. And I will let my friends and family know not to purchase from here.
