I took my car for scheduled maintenance there and after it smelled like the employees had sex in my car. The manager from sales said they would pay for my car to get detailed and now refuse to reimburse me for it.

5 stars for Gwen in service, who, despite a parts shop that closes at 5pm (really?), helped find a solution for my motor oil concern despite not being in the system. The back area where you go to the service center isn't accessible from the front lot; they need to do a two-way entry where the one-way exit is. Service bays are in the back along with a customer waiting area. Huge shop, though. I did come here when I was car shopping, while they weren't the best price back in 2012, they did have a lot of inventory, almost everything you could want, and they also were giving away little gifts with the test drives. Now, there's so little inventory on-site, that the lot looks very empty. Pretty sure employees park there to make it look like there are cars in the front lot. The back, once filled with cars - virtually empty.

Jim from the Autoland Toyota parts department has always been helpful. I couldn't find what I needed on my own online, so I stopped by his desk and he straighted me out on several occasions. I snapped a throttle body bolt during some routine maintenance, and he had the parts to me in a few days.I won't buy oem parts from anywhere else at this point, every business needs a Jim in their corner.

Hassle free buying experience, not pushy at all. Five star to Lawrence, the manager, and Jay, the sales rep; and picking up the car is such a pleasant experience. Thanks Orin for making the delivery process so easy for us. No hard sale on service plans at all. Highly recommend.
