The lady behind the counter i believe her name was Gigi was unbelievably patient and helpful. Some crazy women was jelous of her good life and was abusive to her in the store. I cant believe the composure Gigi showed. We need to treat counter workers better

Worst owner ( that’s what she said “i am the owner! So what?!?!) doesn’t know how to use deals with barcode.All seven eleven knows how to use except you! Educate yourself owner!!! Never going back! Bad vibes there?

I won't go in there during the daytime any longer, due to the disrespectful behavior from the woman who works there, Jiji. She may possibly be a co-owner, as well as the person who left a 5 star review for this business (see below). Although for many, many years she was quite pleasant to me, I now twice have experienced unexpected, bizarre rudeness from her. The first time was in January 2022 when I went in to buy a few snacks and soft drinks for a guest I was expecting in a few minutes. I needed to get home quickly; no time for a supermarket, so I wasn't wasting time in the 7-11, either. Yet Jiji angrily began chastising and rushing me, complaining that I was taking too long, as she had to use bathroom. It was all very odd. The next few times I went there, she was okay. This morning, again, she got very nasty. At the register I merely opened my phone to use the 7-11 app for points. The phone was already in my hand, so I didn't need to go searching in my bag. App icon was on the home page--very easy. Yet, she started with heavy impatient sighing and making inappropriate comments under her breath. For my using your company's app?! Very impatient. Then she shorted me $5 change due, and got annoyed when I brought it to her attention, rather than apologize for her error. She did return the money, but not nicely. I just can't see returning to this 7-11, when there are so many other places where I can get friendly service; or if not friendly, at least not rude and insulting.
