WORST ESTBLISHEMENT & OWNERSHIP - *****DO NOT GO*****
1. PAID FOR BUG REMOVAL ON ENTIRE TRUCK & NONE OF IT WAS COMPLETED - THEIFS
2. TRUCK CAME OUT OF THE WASH DIRTY
3. EMPLOYEE TOOK A DIRTY RAG TO 'DRY' MY TRUCK & SCRATCHED MY ENTIRE DOOR PANEL
4. ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT & LADY CLAIMED SHE WAS THE OWNER. BEGAN SCREAMING AT ME TELLING ME ITS MY FAULT HER EMPLOYEES SCRATCHED THE TRUCK BECAUSE IT HAD DIRT ON IT. IT JUST WENT THROUGH YOUR WASH...
5. LADY OWNER THEN GRABBED A RAG & PROCEEDED TO TRY TO WIPE OFF THE REMAINING DIRT & THEN SCRATCHED MY OTHER DOORS!
6. I ASKED HER TO STOP WIPING MY TRUCK & SHE PROCEEDED TO CURSE ME OFF INFRONT OF MY 3 YEAR OLD TELLING ME MY TRUCK CAME IN WITH DIRT ON IT & TO GET OFF HER PROPERTY
7. MY PAINT IS RUINED & I HAVE VIDEO OF IT ALL. WILL PROCEED WITH LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES

Came here yesterday for a car wash. First off, the lady that helped me began kicking the dirt off my car with her foot, and told me she had to add on a $5 charge because my car had “extra dirt” on it. Okay I guess, this is a car wash so typically the whole point of a car wash is to wash the car, but whatever, I just went with it. Paid $30 plus the $5 additional for the mini detail, which included a tire shine, vacuum, mats washed, fragrance, undercarriage, etc. Car came out looking pretty much the exact same. Tires still dirty and not shined, dash looked like they did one sweep with a rag over it, mats still dirty, no vacuum, no fragrance, dirt still even on the outside of the car. So I went around again, first guy that helped me told me I needed to pay extra for the dirt to be taken off my tires?? Sign says that’s included with the mini detail, which I paid for, plus the extra $5 which I still don’t understand why I was charged that but okay? Another guy came over and told the first guy to put the car through again. Car came out looking ever so slightly more clean, but still dirty. Mats still dirty, tires still dirty and not shined, no vaccum, dash still dusty. On the bright side we got the fragrance this time! So, still not satisfied at all for what I paid for, I went around again. They told me to speak with someone instead. So I went inside, I told the lady at the desk that my car was still dirty after going around twice. I showed her the pictures posted below. First she groaned at me and rolled her eyes, and then asked me to follow her to speak with her and another worker in private. So I explained the situation again. I asked for a refund, and the lady yelled at me and told me she refuses to give me one. The guy said to put my car through again, I told him no, I’ve already been here for 45 minutes, you’ve put it through twice, and I’m not going to wait another 15 minutes for it to come out looking exactly the same, so I would prefer a refund. Then woman than proceeded to tell me “You came in here with your car extra dirty”, which is true, I was just recently on a trip in which I had to drive through a lot of mud. I then said “This is a car wash, right? So, the point of coming here is to wash the dirt off my car?? Plus you charged me $5 for the extra dirt, and it’s still there, so what exactly was the point of that?” They look at me like I had 2 heads. At this point, I just asked the woman again if I could have a refund. I paid $35 for all the services included, none of which I got. I’ve wasted this much time of my day here, and do not want to waste anymore. She walked away from me mid-sentence. Very rude. Eventually she came back with a card with a number to call, and said the manager was not in that day and to call tomorrow. So I called today and asked for him, to which I was hung up on. So that’s nice. I used to come here all the time when I was younger with my mom before I could drive. The old workers/owner were wonderful. She never had an issue and always left more than happy. This is my first time here with the new owner, and it’s absolutely terrible. Not even an apology for not getting what I paid for, not once, but twice. Who runs a business like this? Please don’t waste your time with this place. Go literally anywhere else.

Worst car wash around. Paid for the mini detail and they didn't do any of the services promised. No vacuum, nothing wiped down, nothing. Car was even dirty on the outside still. Asked the manager why nothing promised was done and they sent us through once again for the same exact result. We then asked a third time to then have them walk away from us mid sentence and refuse a refund. Do NOT waste your time coming to this embarrassment.

This is the worst car wash I have ever experienced in my life. I don't know how to complain because the condition of the car, for which I paid $32, was terrible everywhere. Tip not included. I will never go back here again. I would like to warn everyone not to waste their money here. Very bad experience ? ?

Looking at the pictures of all the complainers a power washer won’t clean the mess you and your kids provided. This is a car wash not refurbishing. Get a-life.

This place used to be amazing years ago. The Works was like a mini detail. Now the prices are up and they do as little as possible. $30 for The Works and I think my car came out with the dirt just moved around. No car freshener, nothing wiped down inside, tires not shined, huge dirty spots on the outside. They vacuumed tho. At least the front anyway.

Expensive and the people who work their are impersonal. I really wasn't impressed. I would not return. There are better options out there.

I’ve been here years ago and they did an excellent job. I went today and got the works car wash and this is how I got my car back. They lost a customer. They did an awful job. They should be ashamed of this level of service.

They rush through the service. The cheap price is not worth it. I even paid a higher price this time to get more things done and they didn't even vacuum. They didn't clean At all they just sprayed everything. Do not waste your time or money

They're really falling off. It feels like they're getting more expensive but getting less things. I got the 2nd best option. Mini detail $30 after tax before tip. Can't even get the tire shine? And the dash was done so poorly. I mean come on guys. And apparently the owners son(?)bald guy glasses. I caught him making underhanded remarks about me to the worker. Of course when I asked him what did he say he backpeddled and quickly said he was just asking the workers to do something. Come on. Really? The windows are just so sloppy now. I specifically came because there was no line, and hoped they would not be rushing, but no luck. Definitely looks like that last time I'm going there now
