I'm always greeted upon entering, and I'm attended to immediately. I miss my local branch but the Sparta branch is just as nice.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! my husband and I went for a mortgage that we qualified for and from the beginning to end which took 3 months and totally unnecessary all because they circle jerked each other and couldn't get anyone to do their job. However, they did consistently pass the buck to the next person throughout the process. PLEASE PLEASE anyone looking JP Morgan is just to big and really does not care about you and your needs. They promise the world to get your business but in the end make the process emotionally and physically exhausting. (Which I know can be, but not the incompetence during the process) Ijust want to help anyone from having to go through this if looking for a mortgage.

Want to waste hours of your time fixing problems Chase bank creates? Call Ms Betsey Roos. Even though you just opened your 3d account with these peoole and they know you - don't expect considerate or personable assistance - or in fact any pretense to even care about the problems they create with their screwed up website, failure to communicate and inappropriate interference in your personal business. In fact Ms Roos will tell you unequivocally to take your money elsewhere if you don't like it. Who do these people think they are? Are they the rudest people in the world or just spectacularly obtuse? Im done. Moving my 3 accounts to a bank that appreciates my business and treats my money like it is, in fact, my money. Goodbye Chasebank.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.. not only was my time wasted, but the lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism by the “manager” is scary, to think she’s advising people financially is a very scary thought.

Terrible terrible terrible . Arrived at open and not 1 customer in the bank but 7 staff cars in the lot. Wanted to open a NEW ACCOUNT, but wasnt allowed. No problem. = Buh Bye Chase . HELLO Lakeland Bank! Too busy they said. Well what do you think business owners are right now? #NEVERCHASEAGAIN

Went there to open accounts and was turned away. Staff was very short and unprofessional. I decided to go to another bank who was happy to open 2 new accounts for me. I'll never go back to Chase Sparta ever again. They treated me like they could care less about business development. Please Chase, get some new staff at Chase Sparta!
