My power steering failed in my driveway. Totally unable to drive. Used Absolute's recommend towing service. Transfer was very easy. The absolute staff was personal, understanding and VERY helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to fully diagnose the issue. They offered to just write off their cost. Not sure how many would do something like that. They arranged for the car to be towed to another site. I previously had taken two cars to them and were very pleased with their rapid repair. I will continue to use them as my vehicle repair choice. Absolutely GREAT! Jim

Absolutely amazing shop! So kind and very well priced! I was in and out in a jiffy! Great technicians, and the owner Kevin was amazing as well! Technicians were very thorough and explained the entire process to me, my technician was Nick! ?

Absolute Auto K&P will ALWAYS be my go to shop! They do excellent work and are always on top of everything! They are super fast and always let me know if I'm in need of anything anytime soon. Their rates are also super fair! I needed breaks, calipers and rotors and they had it done so fast! I would say make an appointment first just incase since they are busy people but that's to be expected with how fast, reliable, and nice they all are. 100% recommend to any in need of anything :)

Horrible experience. They replaced my catalytic converter with an aftermarket one that was junk, and would not sit correctly. So it created an exhaust leak. Brought it back to which I was told it was fixed, and it wasn’t. I was overcharged and ended up having to take it to a different mechanic.
This place used to be reliable, not sure what happened, don’t care to find out either.

ABSOLUTELY the best auto repair shop I've been too! Great customer service. Accommodating! I had my rear shocks done and they were reasonable on price!! Definitely will be back for maintenance and repairs!!

Have used this co several times and never thought there to be an issue. All of the oil changes I ever have had done all of the fluids were checked and topped off. This time, I took a road trip and specifically asked that everything be checked and topped off when I arrived and asked, again while paying, if everything had been checked and topped off. I was assured it was. I get to NC, after driving 1k miles, and a friend washed, waxed my car then proceeded to look over my engine, etc. I was then shown the antifreeze, window washer and brake fluids were NOT topped off, but practically empty! Needless to say, I was not happy. I called and spoke w/ Phil. He said he was sorry, but they don't top off brake fluid or the antifreeze and that if they were busy they do forget to do the window washer fluid. I asked why his employee didn't explain that they didn't top certain things off, despite specifically asking to have it done & that it was done. No response. If you don't do it, why not just say so? But, to tell me it WAS done...I just don't understand.

DO NOTuse this this auto repair shop. I had a valve cover gasket replaced and it took them 3 times to get it right. There is still oil all over the under carriage which smells as the car heats up. They should have washed with a degreaser. I also had front brakes and rotors replaced. After that I noticed a loud noise going over bumps. Since they didn't do the first job correctly I took it to another shop who told me the brakes pads were not secure and rolling around which caused the noise so I had to have them replace the pads correctly. I asked the owners of Absolute for my money back for the brake repairs but the owner was very rude and screamed at me to get out of his shop. DON'T GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!Kathy D

Really great shop! They recently have new management and the new owners are exceptional. Kevin and Phil were honest and do great work. As a woman I feel like most shops take advantage thinking they can make more money, but this is definitely not one of them. Highly recommend!

Phil and his crew are efficient and have great prices! Super easy to talk to and not at all like one of those auto shops that make me feel uncomfortable or like I’m being taken advantage of. Being a woman, it’s hard to find shops like this one where they make you feel so welcomed!! Will DEFINITELY be returning for future services!!!

If you're a woman who is fixing on going to this shop, don't waste your time bothering.‼ . Kevin Williams is the guy who took over ownership of Absolute Auto in Southampton, NJ, it is now Absolute Auto K&P. Kevin is one of those mechanics who takes advantage of charging women in his shop because they're women. In his viewpoint, he states while talking about his business that he "welcomes" women into his shop as a form of " great advertising ". The welcoming isn't welcoming as well as again, he takes advantage of women while doing services for their vehicles. I would highly and strongly coming from a woman, to another woman, stay far away from this place if you're seeking a professional equal environment where you're not going to get screwed over or talked about behind your back as a paying customer. Spend your money elsewhere.
