If I could give a Zero I would. I bought Powerbeats today because I lost my beat pros at the gym. I went to work out didn’t like the fit and the color the power beats rubbed off immediately. I went to target because I was not pleased with the item and wanted to return them. Come to find out the Powerbeats that were in the sealed box had a serial number that didn’t match. Of course customer service tells me I can’t return the item because the serial number does not match the box which I understand. I tried to show them the serial number on my phone for the power beats matches the receipt but, they wouldn’t take that as proof. They gave me the customer relations number for target and they were no help. They couldn’t even help me with returns. Customer service literally just gave me the number to get out the store. Customer relations told me to contact the manufacturer. I then called the manufacturer and they couldn’t help me. Come to find out Target is a non-authorized seller of Beats. I wonder why that is Target. It’s very unfortunate that I as a consumer have been given the run around with no solution because Target messed up by buying poor quality products. I hope no one buys any electronics from this store and if you do, open the item at the counter to verify the serial number matches the box. I will never be back in Target ever again because of this. It is an untrustworthy store for consumer goods.

It would be way better if this Target had more actual cashiers at the registers for the early to mid morning rush of guests. Having a limit on the express check-out instead of more cashiers, is ridiculous. This more than anything is why I avoid coming to this store.

Pretty good selection and wide spaced between aisle branch of target. Organized and clean branch that entices you to shop. Has a starbucks inside. I guess this is a complete store. Has furniture, home, kitchen, bedroom, beauty, bath and grocery.

If Mgmt/HR cared more about protocol and less about their titles and the "power" that comes with it, this store might actually have more than a handful of employees who want to work. It's a job. Not a high-school cafeteria. The interactions I've seen and heard are deplorable. It's very clear that Mgmt are the ring leaders of dysfunction at this location. I'm surprised they're able to keep some of the great employees they have under such lackluster leadership.

This rating is for the Pick-up service here is Piscataway. It's awesome, and for some reason, this location has more 'in-stock' items than others that are close by. The help is really nice. It's ideal!

The customer service at the return are very rude and mean and they don't 'particularly have the proper skills to even interact with their customers. Especially this girl with brunette hair or brown highlights who looked like she was in high-school. Extremely rude to me and other customers who are returning things. The answer to everything started off with a "no" without any consideration of the situation. Very poor customer service. It's disappointing to k ow that target recruit these kinds of
people. I have been coming here the past 7 years and no problem was encountered until now. I hope target removes these minds of people!!! ruining people's experience of target!!!!

Target is a pleasure to shop at! The store pick up dept. does a great job. The employees are very helpful and nice! Good selection of items and prices.

Worst customer service ever went to this customer service counter to return some cat and Jack clothing that I had from my daughter, and they immediately started saying I couldn’t return anything because it didn’t have the tags. I let them know that their policy allows the clothing to be returned. The lady shouts to another person at the registers to let her know the policy for cat and Jack then they bring a binder from the back, showing the policy, and when she reads it, you can tell she realized I was right then she proceeds to ask me for a paper receipt I let her know that my receipts are in my reward card She was about to start doing the return and then a manager tells her you’re going to do the return and she said I don’t know you tell me, And he just said no she needs an actual paper receipt. I ended up going to the target In Bridgewater they immediately did my return no questions asked.
