The supposed owner (that's how he introduced himself) is very disrespectful and unprofessional with women. Not allowing us to take photos of OUR CAR for insurance. We couldn't take any cause he told us we would need to take them to the police. Which is untrue, there is no criminal investigation. had to call the insurance to even get access to our own property. Told my daughter that she can't get near her car cause she wasn't with her husband even though it's under her name. Gieco had to call them to let them know that she could grab her things. They are very disrespectful to their customers and to women in general. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you are a woman, I would recommend you go with a man.

Extremely rude, wouldn’t even tow the car to my house and took it directly to their lot to charge for storage. Tried to talk to “Karl” and he yelled at me!!!

I had a good experience with them but giving four stars because I know how annoying police towing companies can be, and crazy fees, all these POLICE lots and towing companies have antitrust practices and some thing should be done about it.

They will rob you of your money they have unfair business practices they will close at early just for you to pay more then the guy at the window is soo soo soo nasty he has no manners or sympathy atleast if he was nice to who's being nice to him would go a long way but he is nasty with almost every customer they tow for the police ? so they feel they can talk to you any type of way tow truck driver was fantastic tho

This is a top notch towing service. I worked in the towing industry for many years and can say that this was an A1 service. I was given a very accurate ETA, the driver arrived 2 minutes before. He was able to load my very heavy HD motorcycle. I was nervous about the custom paint job but the operator did a perfect job strapping it down without scuffing it at all. When I called and talked to the owner to commend the driver he was very polite and thankful. He was most pleasant to speak with.

A very good towing company in this area. The owner knows the industry well and handles each situation accordingly. Trucks are clean and well maintained. Quick on getting to police calls to clean up the roadway and get traffic moving. I'd let them tow my truck anytime.
