One of the better lab corp locations as most of them tend to suck. Never had a long wait here or issues with staff.

I must say that I rarely leave reviews but the amount of care and attentiveness that was given to my children when they had their labs drawn was nothing short of amazing. The staff made the process as easy and as smooth as it could go. They admitted us in a timely manner (wait time no longer than 2 minutes) and were very patient with us. Everyone else that came in to the site also did not wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff is courteous, quick and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!

They don't acknowledge customers at all. Nothing. Thank goodness for other customers in the waiting room to explain the process

No supervisor on site. Was given 3 different names of Sandra, Lindsey, abs Rachel. My daughter needed a drug test for her medication management and was refused because she 16 with no photo ID. Called the school while in the office to prove they don't issue IDs and showed her online school profile with picture but no one could find a supervisor. This wasn't an DOT physical or employment drug screen. This was for medication pysch meds that are now delayed because they can't run an office for a 16 year old minor. I would like a call from higher management if reading this since no one knows who there manager is.

This is the absolute worst LabCorp I’ve ever been to, I don’t understand why I’m waiting over an hour (and still currently waiting) for a simple drug screening for my school. Multiple people have come in after me and they get brought in before. I don’t understand the system and will never come back here again.

Front desk is fine but the ladies who draw the blood look like they hate their job! Poker face and sometimes need to pin you twice because they are so green hand that they cannot locate your vein the first time!

A lot of these bad reviews are written by legit d*** people . The one who said the woman intentionally hurt his baby - seriously dude ? Stop.Anyway , this place is fantastic . I take my 7 yr old and 5 yr old there for yearly blood work and i go here myself. You’re in and out and the staff is wonderful . Every one is professional , yet warm .So whoever is reading the reviews of the other people that stated “she jabbed me wrong on purpose “ or the guys baby was intentionally hurt on purpose are ridiculous. I promise you that that did not happen. It’s a good place. You’re in good hands . If it’s any help , I am a registered nurse and like I said , I take my kids here,

There's a giant sign on the door that notifies patients that FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED and of the new hours that are posted. If you fail to read or acknowledge the things in front of you, that's not the laboratory's fault.

Worst experience at this lab THE Indian technician has worst attitude she injected the largest needle inside arm of my 1.5 year old kid and then started pulling the needle in and out and giving pain intentionally to my baby. l don’t know how she even got a license soo unprofessional she should be banned and suspended.

They need to update their hours on here. Myself and 3 other people were met with locked doors upon arrival, because everything else I’ve seen says it closes at 3pm. Hours are inconsistent and should be communicated appropriately.

This is my third and last time going to this facility. It is located near my home. I have a loaner car and didn’t have a mask. The woman at the desk didn’t inform me that I could a mask next door, one of the other people in the facility had to inform me. The first visit, the technician could not find my vein. On the second visit, I really believe that the technician purposely jabbed me. I elected to go to another location.

The check in process was automated and very easy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes for blood work and it went really smooth.

The lady in the front desk is the warmest and caring person I’ve ever seen.(Cannot believe I did not ask for a name, she’s Asian looking)She handles check in/check out/ billing/answer the phone/response questions from patients and doctors. Yet she handled everything just perfect. After knowing I have thin veins and the previous clinic cannot draw any blood out after 7 times. She personally comes in and make sure I was taken care of.Also want to deliver gratitude to Manjula, who is the Pro at drawing blood. She managed to do that successfully at first attempt.Hospitals are not my favorite place, they managed to make this experience memorable.

I'm giving this three stars because the waiting process was very streamlined. The check in process was very easy and despite there being many people ahead of me, I was able to get in pretty fast. However, the technician was not qualified. She could not find the vein in my left arm and kept reinserting and changing the angle of the needle while it was still inside my arm. As you can imagine, caused some pain and damage after the blood work was over. She then had to change to my right arm. It wasn't a terrible experience and I'm no medical expert but this does not seem like the proper technique. I'm fairly resistant to pain and fear of needles so I can imagine this having a greater effect on others.
