I went for opening bank account on March 5th, 2024, and had appointment at 3:00 PM. The premier banker (Miss. Ruan) said she was running late and showed up at 3:30 PM.
Instead of addressing the needs of the customer, 30 minutes of time was taken just in marketing various offerings of the bank (investment and lending).
Then the banker took additional 45 minutes before realizing that she's not able to process the request as she simply did not know what was needed to be done.
After full 100 minutes I was not able to open the account and will have to return.
What’s the use of having so many locations, if you cannot train your staff with simple tasks?
The bank management should take it seriously to train their staff on how to service the customer needs effectively and efficiently.
Also, instead of COPY+Past on your standard response, please invest time to learn what happened from your staff.

I like this bank, but, tellers tend to be very slow whether inside or going through the drive thru.

Today I visited to open account . After keeping me waiting for 15 mins they saidas I only have 20 mins till next appointment and so we will NOT help you today. Please come back later. Clearly a really bad customer service if this is an indicator of how customers will be treated after they open account . Most unhelpful experience

It is January 2023 and I read this review and I have to agree with almost everything this person said. I attend this branch weekly and it has only gotten worse over the past two years. New management and employee training needed badly.This has to be the worst bank branch I have ever been to!!!! None of the staff seem to care if a customer is waiting, and when they finally acknowledged me, they were totally non-helpful! Their tellers do not speak English very well, which is part of the problem. The rest of the problem is that they don't seem to care. I have been to other branches of this bank, and not had any issues. I don't know if this branch is mis-managed, or they have had trouble finding good employees. But as a customer, that should not be my problem!!!

We make an appointment, and then they said they are fully booked when arriving here. Poor service , not suggest to do anything at this branch.

Today, I visited this branch. Everyone were so busy, Finally got to talk with someone. They had about 30 minutes before closing but they asked me to come with an appointment as its closing soon. The guy then actually told me to try opening it online first and if it doesn’t work come to the bank, the way he was saying is like rude and literally felt like bank staff is not interested in opening my account.I then drove to Chase bank just near by and they welcomed me the lady at chase was little busy so requested me to wait for 2 minutes and then in 10 minutes opened my account. Wondering why can’t wells fargo opened it in 30 minutes?

Spend 50 minutes in here to do wire transfer, at the end they can’t do it…Well, where have you been during the 50 minutes I was sitting there?? Worst experience ever…This made me decide to close my account after 7 years with them, wants nothing to do with Wells Fargo ever again.

I have had enough of this bank. The staff is horrible. You have wait a long time even though they are sitting there doing nothing. I have complained the bank's corporate office but they don't do anything.

Wells Fargo Bank offers one of the best customer services I have seen in the US so far. I always compare WF branches to the San Francisco Market Street branch where I opened my bank account several years ago. At this branch, I feel the same enthusiasm for customers, and every experience reminds me of the exact same experience I had while opening my bank account in SF. Staff are nice and prompt to offer services in the best way possible.
