Most useless postmaster. Couldn't resolve my informed delivery. Told me to wait for it to finish even though there is an issue with it. It's been months and my informed delivery not working. Lazy postmaster lady

NASTY. NASTY. NASTY. Front Desk USPS Personel.
Nasty. And RUDE.
No Sense of Patronage.
ATTITUDE EVERY TIME‼️
They don't care. Primarily that main young black women.
Hair always in a bun/ponytail.
Like my goodness Never a good day??
DO NOT RECOMMENDED.
LET IT DRY UP. Go elsewhere with better reviews. Make the effort. Worth it.? ?#ASHAME USA USPS.

Ebony, the woman who works at the front desk on Saturdays is so beautiful and kind! She makes very good eye contact, greets you with a smile, takes her time to explain things in depth if you have any questions. I have a disability and my father (71) who is also disabled tend to need special accommodations which Ebony was happy to provide! Thank you Queen!

not very patient staff at all. i work with customers all the time even when i’m frustrated i am never rude! hope they staff better. last time i came they had an older lady at the counter she was a pleasure!!

My husband went in to drop off his packages (runs a small business) in the morning and the counter clerk said she would only scan some of them and then HANDED the scanner to HIM to scan the rest! I was so shocked to hear that she forced him to do her job, she also berated him for doing it wrong?! Then she said she wouldn't be getting him a receipt either. Absolutely CRAZY!

Our mail carrier consistently delivers the wrong mail to our box. I have tried several times to speak to the post master to correct the list of names that receive mail. Any mail that requires a signature, simply gets returned without any attempt to see if anyone is home

This facility needs to be and will be investigated by the regional Post Master over this location! I went into this facility today after MONTHS of being out of town due to having to assist a family member with long covid19 and the irritated BLACK women asking me for my ID to retrieve my mail that had stopped coming to my address. No big deal at this point. She returned with a MAJOR ATTITUDE telling me if I don't pick up my mail again for long periods of time the mailman stated he'll forward all my LEGAL MAIL WITHOUT MY LEGAL WRITTEN CONSENT back to SENDER!!!¿????.WHATTT,..I've been residing in my current home for TEN YEARS and have one personal issue that's LEGAL none of their business and they're threatening me to send any lagged mail back to the sender???... This is beyond ILLEGAL and a violation of federal LAW! Unless myself the renter addresses a RETURN TO SENDER OBLIGATION LEGALLY the post office is legally required to hold my mail until I return! I'll be writing a letter to the congressional leaders who are in charge of this district as well as contacting the post Master of our country! These ratchet individuals don't deserve a job in our town! They're breaking federal laws and violating our constitutional RIGHTS! We the tax payers pay them a check! Remove the front end and the person delivering the mail to FINCHLEY!!
