Called DeLuca in error because my insurance company mentioned their name...then the insurance company contracted with another tow company!But DeLuca was very understanding and wished me well when I told them the other tow company had just arrived!

After being stood up for approximately 4 hours by AAA towing service superior towing I called Tom Deluca’s towing.The best part of the whole ordeal the woman who answered the phone was courteous and professional gave me a cost and a time frame and met both . The driver CJ was also courteous and professional and on time he had the truck loaded and on our way quickly . In retrospect I should have called them earlier they made a bad situation much better I can’t thank them enough for a job well done.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM!!There was a bad accident on the highway and I had been stuck for 8 hours. As traffic began to move, my tire blew out. My auto club contacted a towing company who provided false information and told them that the road was a state highway and they couldn't come get me (this was a lie...I confirmed with the State Trooper).Tom DeLuca towing came to get me. The driver was courteous and pleasant and that was much needed after the day I had.THANK YOU FOR THE WORK YOU DO, TOM DELUCA TOWING!

Great experience and kind 10x service. Got our car stuck in at least 6 inches of mud/sludge at Watchung Reservation on New Year’s (an eventful start to 2023!) and all the tow truck businesses in the area weren’t picking up/working for the day, which I don’t blame them for at all. Thankfully, Tom DeLucas picked up and we spoke to a very kind lady over the phone. I texted over a photo of our situation which she assessed and then gave us a quote. Despite being quite a distance away (Branchburg), they drove 20 min to get to where we were and to our relief successfully fished out car out at first try. The driver + daughter were positive and kind about the whole thing - they were a ray of sunshine on our otherwise mud-filled day.

Horrible place! Do not recommend. These good reviews were either paid for or these people didn’t speak to “Sharol”. She was literally screaming at me on the phone because I was having a hard time locating their office which is in a LOT behind their house! She was disrespectful, rude and WORSE than a Karen.I do want to give credit to the nice young men in the front. They were polite and very helpful.

I got a flat on the highway for the first time & wasn’t sure what to do. The dispatcher was so kind & patient & so was the tow truck driver. He got me to the mechanic safely & I am grateful. I’m so glad I called!

I am so grateful to this company that was able to tow my car from where I had to abandon it from the floods of Ida. The driver was courteous, kind, and SO helpful. He made me feel at ease and got the job done quickly. While it did take a while from our initial call on Thursday to being towed on Friday morning that is to be expected with everything that happened. Truly hard workers and they were so careful with my car even though it is most likely totaled. Thank you so much for everything yall are doing.Service: Car towing
