I spoke with Nicole today for support on connecting the hearing aid sound adapter to my tv set . She was an absolute super star . She guided me every step of the way.I’m up and running . Oticon could use another 100 people like her . Terrific experience

This place is funny. They lay off the entire manufacturing staff in NJ because they can make the product cheaper outside the US. Ok I get it, cost savings right? But if your trying to save money why do you leave the lights on, every single light on 24 hours a day at this corporate location? This place is a beacon on 287 at night and why? I thought you were trying to save money? Meanwhile people who worked for you for many years get shafted to save a few bucks.

Not in a good way. I left my job of five years and accepted an offer here in the Government Services department. I liked the Supervisor initially. The Team Lead was intimidated by my ability to learn the job quickly (it's not rocket science) and went out of her way to sabotage me. I explained to her that I was a hand on learner. Yet, she had me sitting tandem, listening to calls for weeks. She kept reporting to the Supervisor that I was not asking questions, and I told him that I was taking notes but did not have any additional questions. I would more than likely have questions once I began working and ran into different scenarios. Everyone else told me how well I was doing and how fast I learned but the Team Lead, who was friends with the Supervisor, refused to allow me to work. One week, she went out of state for work. That week, I was able to work independently and received more praise for how well I was doing. When Team Lead returned, she was upset that I was actually working, complained to the Supervisor and placed me BACK in training tandem. She also complained to him that I was quiet. Mainly because I refused to share my personal business with her after I learned all about how she married the man she cheated on her twins father with. Although the Supervisor seen that I was capable of doing the job, he informed me that he didn't think I was a good fit and I was let go right before Christmas. It was like he had no mind of his own, and apparently no heart either. I was crushed. I have a relative who works there in a different department and I was embarrassed for her and disheartened. For a while, it made me not want to work again. Thankfully, I now have a position that I love and make more money than I would have there. Ms. Team Lead should not have felt intimidated. There's no way I would have gone after her job. I would have been her boss. Clearly she was team lead for her ability to do her job after a number of years but everyone is not meant to lead and she wasn't the brightest bulb. Not to mention, I found out that she was fired before and only brought back because of her relationship with the Supervisor. He let his personal relationship with this woman ruin the holiday season for me and my children. The company itself seemed like a good place to work. But you have to question the type of people that would put people like this in decision making positions.

Frankly - I will not offer any stars , as none are deserving. After 5 repeated calls letting the phone ring 20 minutes each time....my phone would say call disconnected. Once "customer service " finally did answer another wait - all I got was lip service. There's more, to sum it up, I am disappointed, frustrated and discouraged. Money not well spent.....and my post will not show up unless I give them a "star"...how not deserving - even one ! Their motto of"People First" should be "Money First".! How many places can you find their address ?

If I COULD give ZERO stars, I would. Very disappointed to deal with their 45 day returns as the local representative, Hearing Life USA, LLC would not respond to my inquiries.

They weren't that helpful in their customer support. But if you have a problem with their product make sure you use a registered provider!

Not what they used to be in customer service and repair. My husband was a customer for 20 years because you were able to walk in if you had an issue with your hearing aids, no longer is that the case.
