Horrible customer service. I asked if he could fit me in and he asked me the problem. And I proceeded to tell him he became irritated because I told him what issue was and he asked how I knew. The absolute best shop, very professional, and experienced, great price on labor and they do it the right way. Had my brakes changed on my X4M40i and they even installed the front lip on my car! Took my car back again for another job, because I know that they would do it the right way and wouldn’t charge me an arm and a leg. They did a great job with fixing the Mercedes C300 door handle issue that a another mechanic place couldn't figure out how to fix at all. Will be back again for future car issues/maintenance.

A little pricey, but they're fair. They really know their stuff and they're not going to replace parts that don't need replacing. If you've got a BMW, MINI, or Mercedes just take it here. Matt is a really awesome and friendly guy to work with and they get the job done in a timely manner.
