This boutique is the worse one I have been too. Very poor customer service. The SA do not respond back to messages. They provide wrong and inaccurate information on delivery and stock.

Very rude customer service. I had a chance to be Bella’s customer. It is so unprofessional to chew gum while you are talking to a customer. Also, she had her AirPods on. The only thing I have received from her is the judgmental look.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this boutique. I was supposed to pick up my jewelry from service from this place. I arrived a few minutes before 7pm but they refused to take me in since they said they’re closed. While other jewelry stores are still open. They closed before the store time but saying the reason I couldn’t pick up my stuff is that I didn’t call beforehand.

I came into this store and made a purchase but the experience and the store was not very welcoming. I’ve purchased at other high end stores that salespeople have been very helpful and pleasant.

I wanted to take some time to shout out this Short Hills Van Cleef location. I have shopped here since 2020 and keep coming back. Everyone here is professional, courteous and eager to help. I believe management has a lot to do with the boutique experience and Nick definitely sets the bar high for his employees, which is why the customer service is unmatched. I have visited many VCA boutiques and I keep comparing them to this location because it’s exceptional.
This location is smaller but it’s cozy, quaint and usually stocked really well ! You can get lucky with some hard to find pieces so it’s definitely worth a visit.

I absolutely love shopping at this location. My sales associate is Nasreen, she is sweet, friendly and very accommodating. She always answers my calls and gets me everything I ask for. The location is beautiful and everyone that works there is very friendly.

Nick the manager was very helpful; he ensured that I had a smooth engagement ring purchasing process and solved all my downstream challenges quickly and efficiently. Across the board, some of the most outstanding associates I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

Had a really disappointing experience with a salesclerk yesterday when I came in to purchase an ornament. They did not have it in stock so I kindly asked if I could see the one which was available anyway to see the piece. I was immediately met with a strong look of annoyance whilst I spent a few minutes looking at the piece. My friend who accompanied me asked a little more about it and more looks were given. We have bought from this brand before and even have family who work for the brand and were very upset with the 5 minutes of interaction we had with the clerk. Sadly we will not purchase from this store again due to the arrogance and low level of service of the clerk. Maybe we were dressed casually as it was a rainy Sunday but felt we should not have been treated as such.

We normally don’t write reviews but thought I would since my recent visit to VCA was a quite positive experience and also because over a year ago when my wife and I visited it was not. We decided to try again and, thankfully, were pleasantly surprised. We were cordially greeted upon entering and escorted to the waiting are in the back, offered refreshments, etc. After a short wait we were greeted by Dilys who was quite cordial and professional. Since this was a gift for my wife’s birthday Dilys explained that what we wanted wasn’t currently in stock but she took the time to show us alternative pieces and, fortunately, my wife was able to settle on one. We really appreciated the professionalism and care we received and definitely will be a customer for life.
