Great service!!!I would like to say thanks personally to Sofiya from Balenciaga at Short Hill Mall for excellent and kind service. I was looking for the everyday tote in xs and the associate was kind enough to bring out both the xs and xxs size so I could compare the two. I really wish I got the name of the associate that helped me because she provided great customer service. Anyways, I tried both sizes and she helped me pick out which best suit me. It was a quick transaction and I'd happily come back if I'm interested in another piece!

My 1st experience was amazing with Sophia. But then I came back to exchange one of my items that didn't fit me and Devon ingram the associate store manager told me I can't get store credit or exchange it since there was some lint on it. I asked him if I can use a lint roller and cone back. He said sure. I came back the next week. I made sure there was no lint and he told me he still won't take it. I tried telling him it was my 3rd time there and it's 2 hours or driving each time but he didn't care. He told the security not to let me in. I called customer service and they confirmed Its in the policy to exchange or receive store credit within 30 days. I would recommend dealing with Sophia or going to another location. I really hope they have some in-house training and teach the associate store manager customer service. I'm a good loyal customer and he should do better

Great selection. Jermaine is amazing and provided OUTSTANDING service. Went In to exchange for a different size which they did not end up having. Jermaine reached out to other locations to find me my correct size and had them hold it for me until I arrived. He knows everything about style even if it isn’t balenciaga and will guide you in the right direction. If you visit this location definitely see him! Thanks again!
