Since the first meeting with Alex we knew we were in the best hands. He is extremely professional and his knowledge in the field is amazing. He became a partner in our house search and we felt that we weren’t alone, just quite the opposite having the best mortgage advisor that could exist. Alex was responsive at first, but then overly delayed getting back to us, causing a time crunch to closing that forced us to scramble for alternative financing. Rates went up, & trusting Alex cost us a bunch of financing grief & wasted time.
