I was in a pretty bad accident on Rt 42 which left my truck disabled and had to be towed,I was actually still in shock from the accident so I had no idea what I had left in the truck.. Regrettably the insurance company called me today and told me my truck was totalled so I had to get all of my personal property and tags from the vehicle..When I opened the door I could not believe how much stuff was in there, at least $600 in tools ,$35 cash in the armrest plus other odds and ends.. I am extremely impressed with their honesty and their response time was also great!

My mother’s car was towed there after an accident. Next day we had to return to car to get registration for release. Items were missing from car, we inquired with the owner and he said absolutely nothing -it was a long awkward silence he looked so angry we just left. Missing item was a jump starter with air pump

I needed a tow since my car wasn't running, and the front office was polite and professional. The tow truck driver arrived on time, was very professional and got the job done within 10 minutes of him introducing himself!

Just had to deal with Paul's for accident towing. Absolute rip off. They wanted to keep the car knowing the converter was replaced. I obviously said no because they did not share that info with me! The bill was all of a sudden Winch $75, oil dry $30, towing $100, cleanup $35, storage $75, yard $35 and taxes totalling $359.27. Very sketchy!! Believe me you don't want to deal with them.!

Avoid. Very bad business. Told me they would perform and job and did not do it. I had to call several times and no one knew what was going on. Owner agreed to one price, two days later the driver called back and wanted more money.Service: Car towing

Horrible service and sketchy business practice. You have to chase him down for your car and Paul gives you nothing but a run around with getting your property back.

Dissatisfied Service! They ripped me of for towing service. Had a car towed in March of 2021--was in lot for 5 days because car could not be driven paid $427.23 this included 5 days of storage!! Had my car towed on Jan of 2022 was left there for 1 & 1/2 days and was charged $397.30 the most recent bill had all other kinds of charges that 1st bill do not have--Both tows were for basically same type--1st tow had front end damage passenger side--2nd tow had front end damage driver side. Where is your consistency in your towing fees or do they charge whatever they want!!Service: Car towing

My husband and I accidentally got stuck in a mud pile located in the woods. Paul's service center was the only place willing to come save us. He pulled us out in less then five minutes. The price was very reasonable.
