I joined Adele's class back in October, 2021. I have experienced less pain because of the tapping we have been taught for our entire body. No pills just your hands focused on the area that is in pain. She focuses on the entire body, head to toe.I have been able to inform many friends, this has become a very good part of my morning regiment, I keep it up during the course of my day.Adele, "Thank you"

I was extremely stressed out and out of shape , I was looking for a relaxing yoga class. Found body and brain near my home! I’m extremely satisfied , the classes offer breathing techniques stretching and mind relaxation. Adele the instructor is knowledgeable kind and caring about each one of us . She is so attentive you receive homework to address your specific needs ! I’ve learned how to breathe again and smile ! I’ve made a friend for life

I have been with Adele’s Body and Brain program for several years now. She has given me a sense of contentment. Whether learning to meditate or breathing to feel inner calm, she explains how it is a process which you allow to unfold. It’s a way of life. It involves a chemistry of mindful awareness. Adele, helps her students become aware of their Chakras, bringing forth a flow of energy to help with both physical and emotional challenges. Her instructions include; Yoga, Korean Tai-Chi, and Qigong and Tapping for healing the body. I personally enjoyed the drumming sessions where we get to express our emotions, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and boost immunity! Adele’s Body and Brain teaches us the empowering feeling of being in the present moment while expanding our life energies. --- Helen

These classes have changed my life! I'm in my 50s and I do spinning, but I also wanted to find something that helped with balance and flexibility. The tai chi/yoga classes help with that and more. I feel more centered, stronger and more positive in general. Adele is a great teacher and the cost s of the classes are very reasonable. Thanks BBYTC!

Body & Brain Yoga has great healing power. It calms the entire body and mind and through their Yoga Tai Chi techniques. I have been able to greatly reverse neuropathy in my legs and feet, and a 30 year old lower back problem by over 90%. The exercises for this were not that difficult. Body & Brain Yoga Tia Chi is quite different from other forms of Yoga that I have seen. I began in my late fifties with little to no prior experience and still able to have such healthy results. It doesn't matter how well you can do all of it as much as doing the best you can. In doing the best you can, the results are wonderful and carry you through the day and in to the next.

I have a had a great experience during covid learning from Adele. She was able to hold classes in a park setting with fresh air and distanced students so we were all comfortable. Yoga body and brain is very relaxing and helpful. I have learned alot and will continue classes. This has helped me cope with the stress of real life during covid. Thank you for having me be a part of relaxing experience

After almost 2 years of taking Body and brain yoga classes twice or 3 times per week, the tension and stress in my body are almost gone. My mind is able to relax and if I concentrate and repeat some exercises at home, I can find quiet space. I really enjoy the classes and Adele is great, the class is different every week and it is very fun. I love the music. She is very flexible and you can have individual classes at her home or group classes at another place in Secaucus.

Body and Brain yoga is very helpful, it helps to relax you and at the same time it helps with balance and control. I really enjoy the classes and the instructor Adele is great, she changes up the class every week and she makes it fun. We are all like family and we have a great time.
