If you’re looking for the worst medical care out there this is the place to go to. Horrible service, most of the care providers aren’t doctors they are nurse practitioners. it’s a business not a medical care provider. You can never get an appointment and when you do make sure you’re ready to spend all day waiting in the waiting area and then waiting in the room after until you finally get seen. A joke of a company, they need to be shut down.

I can never get through to call. The call center either doesn’t understand English or is incompetent and continue to disconnect with me after calling multiple times. They always take forever in person even when you have an appt. Then they tell you they’ll call you and never do.

Honestly, hated my experience here. Took time out of workday to make it all the way over there to a cancelled appointment. The part that gets me isn’t the fact that it was cancelled (I’m human, I know things happen) but more the response I got from the staff. They were super rude and dismissive “we called you”. They absolutely did not and someone did call me to confirm my appointment. Honestly not worth it.

I recently spoke with a representative from the doctor’s office to change my pharmacy. While it was hard to hear over the phone, the attitude I received was unwelcoming. Better customer service, particularly with attitude, would greatly improve the patient experience.

This one star rating is not for the Office Staff or Doctors, they are all excellent. The one star rating is all about Optum a big corporation that has come in and has single handedly destroyed everything Dr Baker and his family built here.Lets begin with the Valet. I had something stolen from my vehicle and being in law enforcement I could not charge him or file a complaint as I did not see him steal anything, even though he was the only person with the keys. Next, the Valet has more power than the Office Staff, as the Valet will block half the lot and no even use it as it will cause him more work to move the cars. Funny I thought that is what a Valet's whole job is. This game the Valet plays from Optum is to force you to hand over your keys. The Valet will even tell you you can not park to go to an appointment unless you give him the keys and use him only. People when this happen go to Optum's website and complain, this was never a problem when Optum was not in the picture.Next, the one star rating is for a Call Center that was never needed. Long time patients of Dr. Baker know the Office Staff, Nurses, PAs, and Doctors are all rockstars and professional. Now you have an Optum Call Center moron that reads a script and is not able to think on their own. This is why it hurts so much to provide a one star rating because even the doctors know how bad the Optum Call Center is when they even provide the patients their emails and phone numbers just not to deal with Optum's Call Center. How unreliable do you have to be when everyone in the Office laughs when they hear the horror stories. I have literally driven to the office just not to deal with the Optum's Call Center, to make appointments, to get a copy of an old doctor's notes, or get my referral, everything that was handled professionally and efficiently over the phone and email before Optum ruined this place.I remember the good old days before Optum. We could call the office 24/7, even when on vacation, a doctor would call you up about your child and they would send a prescription to a pharmacy in whatever state I was in buying me time to get back to Dr Baker and his very professional and very efficient staff, they did way more with less that made patients happy. Now it is all about the investors for Optum, load up so many patients on the schedule to make you wait longer times. So many patients the parking is a joke, and their solution is a lazy jack thug Valet trying to keep his job by forcing you to use him. It is funny they will wear masks inside yet the Valet is in your car breathing in your car, hope he doesn't have COVID. Forget about that, I have seen him rub his nose cause it is cold outside and that cause humans to have their nose run and not he is touching you car's interior with his snotty hands. NO, THANK YOU! I even included a picture of how much of the lot is not in use due to a lazy Optum Valet. Optum is so stupid keeping this Valet and not forcing him to use that blocked section at all times that they are literally going to lose patients just for this level of pure stupidity.I would love for Optum to answer how prime real estate for parking is not open for parking all day long?I do now use Valet and I do not go anywhere I forced to use Valet. I literally paid over $300 in parking for almost a week of parking in NYC just not to let a Valet in my car. It is mine and I do not allow strangers in my car. I worked for a police department I know what a lot of them do and arrested a few in my past. I literally had a tux to a wedding I was suppose to be and ruined the wedding by not going as I refused to allow a Valet in my car. I am not accepting this going to a doctor.Use the Valet and the Call Center at your own risk as it is a craps shoot where the Casino is screwing you with every throw of the dice.

The medical center in New Jersey that I recently visited for my daughter's ear piercing appointment was a complete disappointment. Despite being told over the phone that the cost would be $40, I was shocked to find out upon arrival that it would actually be $80. To make matters worse, I had already paid $40 when making the appointment and was informed that the front desk was not able to accept cash or credit card. The nurse who eventually came to do the piercing then demanded the remaining $40 before starting the service. This kind of prepayment for medical services goes against the norm in America, and I highly advise people in New Jersey to avoid this location and its unprofessional staff.

Ever since this place switched to Optum, it’s absolutely horrid. I don’t know what kind of doctor’s office doesn’t take walk-ins, but that’s just ridiculous. The front desk staff is no help ever. They need to get it together

In September I had an appointment to see doctor Viola. I Waited 2 hours to see Kyle viola and he was a "no show". Oddly enough I saw him with another patient earlier prior to my appointment . The front desk apologized and allowed me to see a different doctor that day. I wish I could give this location a zero!

If it wasn't for Dr Khalil, I would of been taking my children elsewhere. This place is way too unorganized, Dr's are overbooked. Patients wait over 2 hrs after appt time to be seen. Changing the company name didn't make the services better it made it 100 times worst.

Worst hospital in time management and patient courtesy. Visits with appointment and walk-in both take 2-3 hours and they take no interest in improving the experience and providing better patient care

Made an appointment a week ago and they called 45 minutes prior to an appointment to say that they cannot verify insurance so cannot see you. All insurance information was provided when an appointment was made. Why would they wait till last minute to verify eligibility? Go elsewhere.

Even with an early morning appointment we endup waiting 1.45 hours in a closed room with my son, then another 30 mins. Very bad experience overall, I will avoid it for anyprice.
