The staff is very helpful and if your too shy to ask for help, most of the machines have QR codes that show you how to perform the exercise. The gym is also open 24/7 which can be very convenient for people with busy schedules. If your thinking about going to the gym, Burn n Blast should be your spot!”
“Joe was so professional and kind. I literally fell asleep during my massage and that was the first time that ever happened. I love going to Kur and always have wonderful experiences there.”

1710 NJ-35, Oakhurst“The Max Challenge has been great for helping me to reestablish the exercise habit after significant medical issues and injuries had me sidelined. Michael, the evening instructor is a GEM! So sweet, upbeat and able to give modifications for every single exercise. He kept checking in on how I was feeling and we realized I needed to stay standing in order to accommodate post-concussion syndrome, so for every exercise, he gives me a standing version.I also really like the 45 minute class time- it’s the Goldilocks time- not too short and not too long!Just be aware that the positive vibe that is one of the Max hallmarks can include lots of high fives and sometimes I wish there was a cynical, sarcastic, “no-touching “ corner for us introverts! But it does come across as very sincere and they do follow up with text reminders to make sure you don’t give up which is helpful!”
“Our Team Fitness has been with me through thick and thin. If you are looking for a gym that supports you in everything you do OTF is for you. Love this gym and the staff ?”

776 Shrewsbury Ave, Tinton Falls“I joined Critical Mass January 2021, right after moving to the county, with Ken as my trainer. Went out on a medical leave and then came back at some point in March or April 2021. After doing countless one on one sessions Ken convinced me to come to class during one of the CM challenges. I never did a class and was convinced it wasn't for me for the longest time, till Ken convinced me to try class. Have been going to class ever since AND continuing to do one on one with Ken. I have had 2 trainers prior to Ken and NEVER saw as much progress as I have with Ken. Completed me second, MassFest, a lifting competition for many gym members to earn PRs, cheer on peers, and truly think the group of people are inspiring to watch and makes me want to continue to do better. As for Ken, he not only inspires you but knows your strength more than you do, and pushes you to reach beyond your full potential. I have never felt stronger in my life then at this point, and this is after being athletic in high school. Ken and Critical Mass are the sole reason for that. If you are debating on a gym or debating on a trainer, search no farther than Critical Mass and Ken”

1413 Wickapecko Dr, Ocean“I LOVE the variety of the workouts at Platform. Class is always different and never boring. Coach Ryan and Coach Nikki challenge and motivate me to do my best. They also care deeply and will modify movement if you are unable. The facility is clean with ample parking. The other members are friendly and fun!”
“I love how each session is a full body workout that involves both cardio and strength training. I also like how the coaches tell you exactly what to do so it keeps you moving without wasting time, making the most out of one hour. The energy in the room and music help keep you going and alert. Great coaches, staff, and environment. Definitely recommend!”
“Coming from a person who never has time to leave reviews, this place is worth it to write one up. I’ve been a member for the past 3 months. And I have to say I don’t know why I haven’t joined sooner. So, a little background on me, I delivered my second child about a year ago. Postpartum blues were starting to subside and I wanted to do something for myself. So, I decided to take the leap at CrossFit, again(10 years since I last joined a CrossFit gym). I looked at a couple of CrossFit gyms around me and this one stood out the most. I nervously walked in on the first day and was greeted by Shannon (coach) who welcomed me with open arms and gave me a tour around the place. Then met Frank (owner/coach) who right away was interested in getting to know me and my goals. By the 3rd or 4th visit, the coaches/owner and some members already knew who I was and would even ask how I was or how my kids are. People remembered who I was and I thought that was nice. As I kept attending class, I got to get to know the different coaches/members. And everyone with different backgrounds/ages/careers etc., different walks of life have been nothing but, welcoming and kind. I keep coming back, obviously to exercise, but for that sense of community and being a part of something. Lastly, for anyone who wants to join but, feel intimidated or discouraged, I never once felt like I was less fit or feel like I wasn’t good enough to be there. I have been out of the CrossFit game for almost a little over10 years with life happenings and being postpartum (suffering from diastis recti/pelvic pain/sciatic pain), I am unable to do certain CrossFit movements. With the help of the coaches/members, I have found different movements and stretches to get me through the workouts. That I am extremely grateful for because I finally get to do what I’ve been missing. With that being said, I couldn’t rave about this place anymore than I could. Frank did a great job with this place! If I could change anything, it would be I wish I joined sooner.”
“Machines are clean and no issues, place is never packed. The pool is nice. Only reason its not 5 star cause its a little expensive and you still have to pay for separate sauna and jacouzee. The good thing is your membership includes classes. Great place.”
“Dr. John is the BEST! He spoke the magic words "we will get to the root cause" & we are. Only doctor I have ever been blessed enough to land in the hands of that actually become a doctor to heal not make you sicker so he make money. True doctor & angel ? ? Go see him! You will be forever grateful ? Thank you doctor John!”

This is an outstanding fitness experience!”

549 NJ-35, Red Bank“My 2 year old LOVED open gym in the bitty bouncers room. It was very clean and safe for him to run around, jump, climb and explore! There were 2-3 coaches in the room that were helping the kids and making sure they were safe. I also loved that open gym was right before nap time. My son keeps asking to go back and we definitely will.”

“I was in town for a weekend wedding & came across Synergy when I did a search for hot studios. I took a 60 & 75 min hot 26 with Cara. She's a fantastic teacher & adept at adjusting the class depending on the knowledge level of the students. Nikki, who was at the front desk, was so nice & helpful. I didn't get a chance to take her class, but it sounds like a great option for an intense workout.Mats & towels are included; Clean showers (w/ shower sandals!); women owned w/ friendly & knowledgeable staff - this is a convenient studio for locals & visitors.”

749 Hope Rd Ste A, Eatontown“I joined the pit as a member in 2019 when it first opened. The gym is well run, organized, and clean. They’re always upgrading equipment and has a very friendly community. I’ve been in strength sports for 10+ years and this gym has everything you need for strongman, powerlifting, or olympic weightlifting. It also has a very welcoming environment to general population and the average gym goer. 100% would recommend to anyone in the Monmouth County area.”

134 Broad St, Red Bank“Attended my first introductory private group class at PilatesBlast last night and to say I enjoyed it would be an understatement. It was such an incredible full body workout that left me feeling energetic and amazing! The instructors were so patient, helpful, and motivating. Thank you, PilatesBlast!”
“I go here for the pool only as the water is the only thing my joints can tolerate. Love the pool and the fact it is saline. I love going and feel good when I'm done. I'm making progress. I wish they had a larger pool, but I understand the facility is small. The front ambassadors are very friendly as well as the other staff members I see. However, I don't find their marketing manager to be friendly or helpful in the registration process. In a place like this, you'd expect your sales manager to be personable and approachable and she lacks those qualities both on the phone and in person. Sorry.”

10 Pearl St, Long Branch“I have been weight lifting for about a year and a half now, and I have definitely experienced a multitude of different gyms. Pearl Street Gym is the only gym that I feel completely comfortable in as a woman. Not only is the environment incredible, but the vintage-style bodybuilding gym features images of BOTH male and female weight lifters. On top of the environment, the gym is full of supportive individuals who never seem to judge anyone, but are willing to push you if you ask for it. The gym itself is extremely nice and features a plethora of varied equipment. To top it all off, Rob will occasionally bring his dog in, who is the cutest giant sweetheart ever.”

846 NJ-35, Middletown“I’ve never considered myself a runner, but after 6 months of OTF, I actually look forward to running! I feel motivated as I see myself getting faster and stronger week after week. I am grateful for the way that the OTF workouts are designed—they are accessible yet challenging, and the coaches are all so positive and motivating. This gym is a wonderful and inclusive community!”
“I LOVE THIS GYM!I have found an amazing supportive community here, we encourage and elevate one another every day. Rob is a tremendous coach, tailoring the work to each of our abilities and quirks. I go every day it’s open, i could not survive without my daily mood boost and therapy sessions:D-ha! The workouts are efficient and scalable, absolutely anyone can do them. If you are looking for what you’ve been missing, i invite you to check it out. You may find yourself addicted to the love, with your super strength and fitness just an added bonus.”
“This PF Location does the best with the amount of space that they have to work with, and when you consider the amount of space/area that they are in, this PF Location is quite organized and clean.
I work out at an advanced level, and all things considered, I was still able to get an adequate workout.”
Open 24 hours
500 NJ-35, Middletown“I like the gym, the price is good for what youre paying for, but the 24hr advertisement is inaccurate. You'll find on weekends that is not the case. They open 12am Monday, and are 24hr until Thursday. Friday they close at 7pm. Saturday they open at 7am and close at 7pm. Sunday the same.”
“Just finished my first month here and I love it! I double most days and do cycle followed by circuit and usually burn around 1,000 calories in the hour and a half. Every class is well planned and completely different from the day before. Great music and great energy from all the instructors and members!”
