Mickey was a pleasure to work with. He was nice, honest, helpful and made himself available to answer all our questions. The store closes at 5pm and he was emailing me at 8pm just to ensure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend Mickey and Happy Home Appliances.

We’re Tired Of Your Lies!! As We Have Told You We Need Everything From You In Writing.
We did not receive a quality appliance or install, despite buying a high-end dishwasher from Happy Home Appliances.
Their owner, Mickey, wants to leave our dishwasher so that our dishwasher door cannot be closed without noticeable force. This has never happened to us before in 25 years that we have lived in this home and have owned dishwashers. The GE technician agreed with us about their install because it is rubbing against the frame of our cabinet when closing it, and he recommended that Happy Home make further adjustments. Unfortunately, the owner of Happy Home refused.
Also quality wise, the second rack would not fully extend (we were told by GE that the gliders were not working; and the new kickplate on the outside was damaged.) Was this a reconditioned dishwasher?
Also potential customers should know that they charge a 25% restocking fee that was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase. We only learned about it after their attempted install by reading their literature left on our kitchen counter.

It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Mickey. He was knowledgeable and patient, and helped us choose a refrigerator that would fit a very challenging space in our home. His delivery team, led by the huge Jonathan, was pleasant and skillful.

Happy Home...happy people! The whole experience was extraordinary, from Wascar who scheduled my appointments and followed up with me to the technician, Vladimir, who was amazing. I am a happy customer indeed. Will definitely use Happy Home Appliances in the future.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would do so. Do not use this company. They did not fix my appliance and then argued with me about it and won't remove the charge. Sub par management, sub par repair persons. Stay away

Great customer service!! Called Micky to get a dishwasher for my 80 yr old mom .. He took care of everything..delivered/ new one installed, and old removed..Most easiest purchase ever!! Thank you.. will definitely shop here again!!

What a great experience using Happy Home. The owner was so knowledgeable that he knew exactly what I needed and had it to me within hours.
My 16-year-old fridge was dying, and he went above and beyond to get me a new one.
On top of all of that, he beat everyone's price by far. The installers were amazing polite and very clean.

We love the new washing machine we purchased from Happy Home Appliances with Mickey's assistance. After discussing our needs with him, he showed us several great options. The machine was delivered and installed the very next day. Exceptional service – highly recommend!
