February 23, 2024, I went to go to Staples in Saddle Brook NJ on Rt 46 W to find it was permanently closed. After seeing it there for 37 odd years in business, I was shocked. Very sad.

I love Staples...The managers and staff bend over backwards for me to make sure l get everything l need and inform me of special promotions going on that would be of value to me. Great staff and great products.

I was there last week and all I wanted was to print my resume!It charged me over $13 & the sun shining in my eyes made it very uncomfortable, then of course I had to pay for copies which I don't mind but the use of computer was a rip off,I felt betrayed and way over charged!The young man that finally came and helped me was very courteous and assisted me but the damage was done!

I am Print Blind. I have difficult r unable to read small print & pictures. I use a lot of printer ink for large letter. I was in the store yesterday.Customers had returned boxes of cartridges to the wrong shelves.I brought a box to printing and ID. No problem. An efficient young woman found all the info I needed . Courteous, kind & helpful. I took my new calendar to check out. There I mention another kind person who located another who found the nearest Staples that had one. This young fellow is certainly an asset to Staples. II am a retired manager of 100 plus staff members.

I LOVE STAPLES!!! I live right around the corner from my store, and this makes it so easy for me to order online, get notified when items have arrived in-store, and go pick up my order personally.

Limited supply of toner cartridges, and rewards points expired. They should never expire. Points earned for recycled toner cartridges never hit my account. Associates couldn't give me an answer why. I recycled 15 toner cartridges and not getting any points or cash was very frustrating

Every time I go to staples, staff members say hello & ask if they can be of assistance. I know where most items I need are so I usuallycan go right to that area. Always have a friendly experience checking out, many checkers recognize me and are eager to assist.

Lovely little Staples: UPDATE: Wanted to remind you that the lighting of the sign has been fixed, the manager Everson is very nice, and knowledgeable, most of the employees that work there are pretty good, especially in the "Print and Marketing" section...

Excellent customer service! I dealt with an employee named Kevin. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I formerly supervised in the customer service industry for many years. So I am very appreciative when I am the recipient of great customer service.
