Ever since these "better" changes happened on Feb 19, I have been unsatisfied with their service. You took away 2 months of storage in favor of 7 days (2 of which get used to scan the packages in mind you) and each additional day is $5 per package. This has made it impossible to consolidate packages under a week when sometimes it takes 2 for a package to arrive causing me to ship packages one by one costing me more money in the end. Also, I stopped receiving any kind of email communication back in December and have asked customer service to fix that with no response. I never got the changeover email either. To add, having packages count down on holidays and weekends when there is no shipping service available is unfair. And customer service response rate has significantly decreased since I started using this service 2.7 years ago, sometimes taking a week+ for a response back or a promise of a response back that never happens. Once the last of my packages arrive, I will be switching to another provider.

Since 15 years am using forward services and have never experienced an issue with with ship7 my shipments been hold by US authorities you know why ? Because ship7 not filling shipments details as they should.My advice leave this company go to DHL only .

Someone hacked into my hotmail account through a fake Xfinity website that is New Jersey and same city and then hacked my finger hut account and maxed my credit card luckily I caught it before it was shipped and I cancelled the order. So yeah this is a place where scammers get the packages sent to that they stole and scammed people out of

VERY BAD SERVICE , DON'T CLOSE TO THEMthe service is slow like a turtle, customer care is cold like ice, and if you want to send your stuff to the black hole use this servicemy site number there is S7-241362my request for a recount of my package stuck there for 15 days15 days to recount and customer care informed me everyday it would be completed todayI paid for shipping before yesterday till now my shipment stuck in their store with no tracking#and you ask me about the 1 star, your service doesn't deserve any stars

Just awful, I've had nothing but trouble. Placed package on hold, I provided the invoice, but it's just getting ignored by support since over a month in spite of repeated inquiries. Last time the package took weeks to even appear in their system. I am completely fed up with ship7.

Ship7 does such a great job sending my packages to Mexico. All of my packages arrive in a timely manner and are in great condition when they arrive. You can track all of your package to see where they are and when they arrive. Their service takes a lot of stress off of me knowing my packages will arrive in a timely manner and in great shape.

This was my first time using their services and I must say that I am surprised of the quality. Everything was on point. You receive updates when your package arrives at the wharehouse, they group the packages and you can then send it to your country.I used it to send from the USA to Germany and got my package very quick using FedEx. I didn't even have to pay any extra costs for customs. Thank you so so so much ! Will be using them again.

Ship7 is first in my book. My experience stood out in my mind. I've been looking to change things up within my small business. My old company was unreliable and would not come good for damaged product packaging... so, that sealed the deal for me. I focused on finding a warehouse to keep my items safe. I don't have to worry about mice, nibbling my packages or the roof leaking and destroying my product in their packaging. I truly would recommend them to anyone who is shopping. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Easy to sign up for a account. Can easily see my packages in the warehouse. I love having everything on one spot making it easier for me. The Shop For Me option comes in handy too. I am glad I can compare prices for shipping with different shipping partners. Great packaging also.
