Where do I start? My experience @ Quality Auto Mall is always excellent. This is our umpteenth lease working with Danny. It's an absolute pleasure! Danny is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. Shout out to Mike and Robert in the finance office for always making us feel like family. The Quality Auto Mall team will offer the best service and value. You won't regret it.

I had a great experience at Quality Auto Mall. I went in after a day of texting back-and-forth with Paul. I was coming after his shift so he set me up with Jorge. I knew what I wanted, and I was immediately shown 3 of the models and was able to test drive one. I had my mind made up after a 5 minute negotiation. There were no sales tricks (which I have dealt with before at 2 other NJ dealers), no dealer required add-ons, etc. only a very reasonable $599 doc fee. I willingly paid a small market adjustment for a rare car that was a fair price to me. You might be wondering why I'd recommend a place that charges a market adjustment. You can't get this vehicle without an adjustment anywhere and after our deal, I paid what I would have paid for next year's already announced model with some options that are no longer included. If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend Quality Auto Mall. You can be in an out in an hour if you know what you want, what you don't want, and can articulate that. Less people would be clamoring for direct to consumer sales if all dealerships operated this effectively. I look forward to sharing my experience with friends and family.

We bought our car at Quality Auto Mall and the customer experience was perfect with a special thanks to Alvaro who helped with everything, on Thursday we called and agreed on price, payments and papers required to close the deal on Saturday. This Saturday we went to the dealership, our car was already waiting for us upfront perfectly clean and shiny, Alvaro had all items prepared, clearly explained all papers and we closed exactly as agreed on Thursday. About 1hr later we drove our new car home. Thank you Quality Auto Mall and Alvaro!

I sat today with Pablo inquiring about trading in my car. He asked me my milage 3x. He gave me a quote on a car for $895. The problem was he never even asked me what car I wanted. How do you do business like that?

Do not get service done here. I would steer completely clear of the service center for this location. I can not speak to the professionalism of the sales staff or their tactics. If however, they are anything at all like the Service Center, I'd run away from this place with all haste. I, have always stuck to my one trusted mechanic for maintenance on my vehicle. This is a local mechanic that is honest and exceptionally skilled. However, for the first time in the life of my Ford Expedition, I need to have service performed specifically by ford. I drove in with my truck and asked if they had availability to run a diagnostic and what are the costs for said diagnostic. I was immediately quoted with a very odd look on the service reps face: $200. Her look indicated to me that either she thought that was expensive or expecting I was not going to like that charge. I said that's fine, I gave her the information of what I believed the problem was with the vehicle. I showcased the paperwork of the work that had just been done servicing my truck and what my mechanic thought was needed, which could only be done by Ford. The lady started giving me a number of odd answers and made a number of assumptions. I then explained that none of what she stated was the case. I have an ODBII sensor that connects to my tablet and I can read all of the codes given. My codes were clear and no new codes were coming up. She then started making odd accusations as if my mechanic didn't know what he was doing. I'm in Rutherford NJ. Anyone who is anyone here knows Glen's Auto Service. She walked away with a smug look and went to a manager. She comes back and tells me the diagnostic is going to cost $300... I asked why the increase in price? She didn't give me an answer and then stated It is on top of whatever the service work they do. I tried to make sure we were on the same page. I'd pay $300 for the diagnostic and while they are already in the engine, taking apart the items that need to be looked at, once they see the issue that has to be replaced I am charged again as if a diagnostic never took place - which is essentially like charging me twice for already being in the engine. She said. Yes. Then all she gave me was a fuck you, pay me look. It's hard to describe beyond the reductio ad absurdum but those of you out there that understand what I am talking about know the look. I was likely rude in my demeanor at that point. Because I was already thinking they are in a position of power here, I have nothing to negotiate. I realized at that moment. I can go to another Ford. Which I did. I went to Fette Ford. They only charged me $176 and didn't keep it despite the work done on the vehicle. The diagnostic charge went toward the costs of the service. They also knew my mechanic and stated he's one of the best in town. Quality Ford needs to be disabused of the notion that the people in our town are going to tolerate such unprofessional service and that we will not tolerate being gouged. I'll post about my extremely positive experience with Fette Ford. Contrary to popular belief, they are not all the same simply because the name Ford exists on their banner. It's not like a franchise where all conditions are the same to hold the name Ford. I am also in the market for another vehicle, Everything about this experience with Quality Ford (Quality Auto Mall) has turned me away from ever doing business here.

BEWEAR: I was charged almost a $100 for A Basic oil change today. $79.62 Which is a ripple off. I called around out of curiosity, every other surrounding ForD locations charges between $43 to $49 Which I remember being the typical pricing for a complete works special Which includes OIL change, tire rotations, topping of fluids etc. my receipt breaks down $24 for labor $9 for parts and $35.70 for GOG. Be very aware of GOG still do not know what that is $5.89 for miscellaneous charge with came to $79.62 which was a ripple off . I paid n left but One thing for sure 2 things for certain I would never Support that location again . Whats really upsetting is I supported that location since I've had my vehicle which has been over 8 years bad for business.

This place is horrendous. The sales staff is probably one of the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. His name is Alvaro Curiel. I have never been in negotiations with someone that would continue to respond with "lol" like a 7yr old. Not to mention when we went on a test drive he sat on his phone the whole time and barely answered questions. When he did answer it was wrong and not helpful. I was severely low balled on my trade in - atleast 7k lower than KBB, carmax, and other dealers. My recommendation is goto Paramus, Mendham, Wayne - literally anywhere else besides this place.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! What an AWFUL experience I had here purchasing my first vehicle (I previously leased with another dealer) everything was going smooth, I met with Danny test drove a car and fell in love with it! Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but I was told it would arrive within a week or so. I spoke with Tim (in finance) over the phone he was very helpful and he quoted me a price that I was happy with and the deal seemed to be all set. The next day the car arrived and I went to pick it up and that's when everything went downhill... Danny clearly was not happy with the deal I had made with Tim as he approached me saying "the deal is squashed" which turned into us bickering back and forth. He had such a nasty attitude even the manager had to come over and apologize for his behavior.. later to find out he tried to spike up the price on the car, so clearly he was upset he wasn't getting the commission he had thought and took it out on me. NEVER have I had a salesman talk down to me like he did, I was shocked. I learned that he had also lied to me about other things and then trying to scam me into marking up the car. What I thought would be smooth and enjoyable experience purchasing my first car turned into a nightmare and I will never go back to Quality again to purchase another vehicle. Buyer lesson walk out with everything in writing. Go elsewhere! I had no choice but to give one star they do not deserve a star period!

if I could give zero stars, I would. it will be 3 months since they had my car, no one calls you to update you on anything, you have to be chasing them down to get an update and when they do give you an update, they don't tell you an estimate of when you will get your car only that it has so and so hours left and each week, you will get the same amount of hours. I swear there are like 2 workers there. you are paying for a car you cannot even drive and you try to explain how expensive it is to rent a car because the insurance only pays for 1 month and they tell you to shop around. they don't give loaner cars to collision vehicles, mind you that is a very broad term they use. pretty much anything outside of a warantee issue is a collison issue. Go elsewhere! they got paid so they take their sweet time. no consideration at all for their customers!

21 yrs doing business with them......they lied to me to sell me a pre-certification for my pick up. They told me I would get a 7 yrs or 100,000 mile warranty if I pre certified it for 1100 extra dollars....turns out four years later what they tell me is....I have no warranty the 7 years started from the original date 3 years before I bought it. They'll lie and mislead you to get you to purchase the car and sell you the pre-certification.x I will never do business with them Wayne ford will get my business. Good luck if you do business with them I most definitely will never do it.

Brought my car here for "the works" which should include an oil change, tire rotation, brake check and all those maintenance stuff. Told them my brake feels weird .They only changed my oil, topped of fluids. Said my car is great condition except for my tires that need to be replaced. Was not satisfied with it, especially my hand break was not working anymore, so I went to my local shop and they found my front brakes are 40%, and rear down to 10% calipers and rotors had to be replaced. Tl;dr: they don't actually check your car. They said all my breaks are in good condition, was not satisfied with answer, went to my local shop front brakes are down to 40% and rear down to 10%. Go to your local shop instead

Like I said in my previous review of this dealership the service was the worst I ever experience The elderly salesman did not wanna be bothered so I took my business elsewhere to Chrysler Jeep dodge I was going to get a Ford judging by the service at this dealership I was forced to change my mind thanks thanks for search horrible service and unprofessional service I will not give this dealership no stars
