I have a tumultuous relationship with Wells Fargo. Prior mortgage with them... bad memories that I wont expand on ... I also dislike the lag in direct deposits. They recently took over one of my favorite credit cards. The jury is still out. I like this close to home location.

To whom it may concern,Today my fiancée came to this branch. He waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes (he was only the second car) everyone else in line was waited on and continued their day. Surprisingly, Crystal was told to open the branch doors to let Mr. ********* in. As he did to withdraw money out of his account was ask an absurd question “if he works around here?” I felt that was irrelevant. Not one person explained why he needed to come in. Not one person said anything. I called the branch, I spoke to Crystal and she said that there was something on the screen (that she didn’t know or say what it was). This branch should have not asked his whereabouts nor where he works. This is absurd and unprofessional. I would like to hear from a Branch manager.

I have been purchasing gas from Sam's Club for some time. Last time I purchased gas it showed two purchases. I called Sam's Club in Deptford and they told me it was a Wells Fargo issue. Went back and forth with Manager who was courteous and tried to be helpful. Well she also advised their tech personnel. I received a call from this guy at at Wells who told me basically there was nothing I could do but wait until it comes off. He had terrible customer service. Then today I went to Sam's again shopping and again tonight I have two charges for one gas purchase. So basically nothing was resolved.

Refused to cash my check. No wonder the branch closed for some time!Second time my check was refused to be cashed! I'm taking my business elsewhere! Do not goto this branch!

So I really appreciate the location because it's so close to my apartment. I'm kind of confused because every time I go into location and ask how much the withdrawal limit is at the ATM they told me $500. Literally every single time I try to take out $300 the machine breaks down like I've tried to rob it. It is very easy to take a withdrawal out in the bank but when I do the tellers seem to look at me like I am a theif or a deviant. So it's a good location but kind of weird situation
