Very good experience with my vehicle purchase. I purchased through the Costco auto buying service and was assigned sales rep Matt Diana. The discount is pre negotiated so there is no haggling if that is what you prefer. Since the Hybrid RAV4 is in high demand any discount off MSRP was appreciated. Matt was very attentive and answered all my questions during the process. While the vehicle was on order, Matt was very proactive in keeping me informed on the status of the deliver date. When I took delivery Matt was very knowledgeable in walking me through the steps to set up the Apple car play and other functions. Overall I was very pleased with Matt and the service I received at Towne Toyota.

It was worth to drive one hour to get my new Toyota. Most of the sell was on the phone, and then in person with Tony when the car arrived from the factory . We were there for 3 hours! We trade in for another corolla. He is extremely thorough and took all the time needed to explain all the car functions and amenities, including the app. This is my first time buying a hybrid and had many questions! I will definitely recommend Tony since he is selling Toyotas for over 20 yrs.
The trade was easy, the value was at market standards. Thank you for make as feel valued and trusted.
