It would help if they had professional, pleasant people answering the phones that knew (OR CARED) how to do their jobs. I feel like I’m talking to a disgruntled high schooler whenever someone answers the phone.

They have complete control over IBEW funds and benefits and are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with they change prescription plans without any notice. Members should be told in advance that changes will be made not surprised when you can't get your prescription filled.
