Christina did a great haircut! Her consult was excellent, she asked questions and checked in while cutting. The blow dry was rough, with my face being scratched by the brush a few times. Would recommend to a friend, and return myself.

Got my eyebrows mapped and waxed by Megan from Benefit Brow and she KILLED it! She is super sweet & personable and really took her time making sure my brows were perfect. 12/10 recommend!

I have been a regular client of Ulta's hair salon for nearly two years, consistently receiving haircuts and glosses and have always been happy with the results. In preparation for my upcoming wedding, I scheduled a consultation to dye my extensions to match my hair. On the morning of my appointment (7/13/2024), I was running nine minutes late and informed my hairdresser that I was five minutes away. However, she abruptly canceled my appointment, citing my lateness and her tight schedule.
While I understand the importance of punctuality, the hairdresser's unkind and unapologetic tone was unexpected, especially given our history. When I inquired about rescheduling, her blunt response left me feeling devalued as a client.
This experience was particularly disappointing as I was looking forward to this appointment for my wedding preparations. While it's not illegal to be rude, kindness costs nothing. Due to this encounter, I will likely not return to this salon.

Aside from the wide selection and friendly staff in general, Megan @the Benefit Brow Bar is so gifted! She helped me find a brow shape that best suited my face, and took great care of me. She’s so friendly! Highly recommend.

If y’all have an employee named Madeline C brown she’s taking the trash back out of the dumpsters and selling it on Facebook. Just so ya know. Telling people it’s new makeup but really it’s filled with tester stickers and she’s trying to make a quick buck of your products.

Miracle worker. lol. I had a really bad experience at another salon. My stylist at Ulta was able to correct the horrific color that was in my hair and gave me my natural look again.
I was able to join right into the stylists conversations along with other clients. It felt like I belonged there. ?
Bri was professional and kind. As was the rest of the staff that I encountered during my appointment. THANK YOU AGAIN!

The woman I asked for help couldn't explain the differences between the hairdryers to me. She didn't seem knowledgeable.
Also, when I bought a hairdryer they stated they needed my phone number and email in case I wanted to do a return. They said I couldn't do any returns without that information. They then, without my permission or knowledge, signed me up for Ulta rewards. I began receiving all these emails. When I was there another time, I asked them about signing up people for rewards without their consent and that it seems a bit predatory. They said the person is supposed to tell me and that was it (I also heard them request the same info from other customers in line and they didn't explain that to them either, so it's not as though I just missed it). And to get my information off of the rewards (as opposed to just unsubscribing) they said I would have to actually call their customer service.

My favorite store ever. The girls are the sweetest people EVER. They are so helpful and talk to you as if you’re a best friend. I was helped out by this amazing girl named Karina, and she helps me out anytime I go to Ulta and she’s working. The ulta has gotten so much better since the addition of Sol De Janiero and Charlotte Tilburry and in the Ulta app they send you coupons every WEEK. They just opened a sephora in the area, but ulta will forever be my go to.

Customer services earned an 0 the lady's on the floor doesn't care to help customer's an employee see I'm having difficulty finding an item looked at me and walked away. Moreover, at checkout after spending $125 dollars I politely asked for samples cashier Karina gives me an attitude and give me 1 samples only there were 3trays with samples.

Huge store, great assortment of brands! The prestige variety was great!! But customer service? Zero. Employees passing by and see me coming in from outside and not even a “welcome” or “hello”. I know everyone is busy, but a simple “welcome in” can make the experience a better one.
