Trend motors is the worst and I will never return. I went there strictly out of convenience but the aggressive personality of the service manager Tony has turned me away for good. To begin, I have been going there for services like oil changes on my GLI since 2020 or so. During that time I had minor annoyances like them over tightening bolts during tire rotations and being charged $10 each stripped bolt after initially being told they were $5 each by Megan. She lied but out of convenience I kept going. Then in 2023, we purchased a new Tiguan from them for my wife. Around the same time I brought my GLI in for a timing chain replacement so I could keep the car reliable. After they did the chain, I got the opposite and had nothing but EPC light and oil leaks. When I brought the car in to fix the oil leak, they damaged the door trim upon which I had to argue with Tony because he claims it wasn’t them. I traded in my favorite car 1 month after at non other than trend due to the EPC light not going away and bought an Atlas because I can’t stand not trusting my vehicle. Atlas has 6k miles on it and so far has a squeaky heater they don’t acknowledge, dynamic cornering light error they are saying they have never had happen or heard of (please google), and returned home recently to oil puddled on the driveway. Take it to them for the oil leaking this week and they take 3 days to fix it and give me a loaner for the last 8 hours of that. I was talking with Brian begging for a loaner for DAYS to get to my doctor’s appointment and also work. If I were the owner and knew that a customer that has spent greater than 100k at a dealer in the past year was having issues like this, I would figure out a solution for them and honestly, give them my personal car if I were the boss and it was a case like mine. Instead, Tony argues irrationally and says I’m lying when I called them out for not communicating on a loaner or even trying to help me get into something. I just picked up the atlas for a final time and not only is there a screw in my driver side tire but also found a bolt sitting on the belly pan after they say they fixed the leak. They are so unreasonable that they also felt the need to charge me for an oiI change which is mind blowing considering most of the oil leaked out when my new Atlas’s camshaft cradle cover was leaking! I gladly paid and couldn’t wait to walk out of that establishment for the final time. I simply think they are trying to sabotage me at this point. I do not trust Trend Motors nor my brand new POS Atlas. I regret ever stepping foot in there and honestly the whole service department makes me really uncomfortable. I will drive the extra 15 miles in NJ traffic for a competent dealer.

I’ve purchased two cars from Trend, most recently a GTI. I go out of my way to go there, despite having another VW dealer in town. Anthony was my salesman this time. Great experience, very knowledgeable. Very happy with my three VWs!

I want to thank Jeff Brandon my salesperson for all the hard work he put in to finding me the perfect vehicle. I needed a new one immediately.
He went above and beyond to assist me in every way and made the buying process as smooth as possible. In the end I drove away in a vehicle I love.
I felt like a part of the family by the time all was said and done and now have a new relationship with Trend Motors that I look forward to enjoying for years to come.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They are either dumb or they are frauds. Either way, there are better dealerships to buy from. The minute that car is on your possession and off their lot, they do not care about you or the car they sold you.
If you see this post, you can assume they haven't rectified the issue I've asked them to address. (Car doesn't have features their website and salesman told me it had).

What a great experience! Easiest car leasing experience I have ever had. The service was excellent, informative, and Anthony worked with us through every step. Highly recommend him and all of trend motors for any car purchasing or leasing needs! Will definitely be going back and telling friends and family to as well.

It's a shame that I cannot leave a 10 star review... Since the beginning, both Jim and Vincent where straight to the point and their main goal felt like helping me get what I needed rather than pushing a sale. All they provided were solutions for my ongoing issues and they delivered in less than 48 hours. I cannot be more than happy with my new GTI. Top notch service, excellent personnel and high quality cars it's all you'll find at Trend Motors. Don't think about it twice, it is the best place to get a car in New Jersey.

My wife and I were looking to lease a car as our family is expanding and the team at Trend Motors VW exceeded all of our expectations. Every member of the Trend Motors team was wonderful to work with. Eryn is phenomenal; she really made us feel at ease and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Not once did we feel pressured into buying/leasing a car immediately like so many other sales people do. We truly feel we have made an excellent decision and it's because of everyone from the Trend Motors team. My wife and I can't recommend them enough!
