I had an extremely unpleasant experience as a customer. I had to reroute my new grill to a pickup location as ApplePay had my old Rockaway address, and I didn't want to inconvenience the new owners. Despite using the vendor and FedEx website to make the diversion, the young man at the pickup location was unhelpful, unfriendly, and excessively rigid in following the rules. Although I understand that many might suggest using a different location, this particular one is my only option. However, following this incident, I informed Monument Grills, the grill vendor, that they should reconsider using a third-party service that values their customers' experience.
Attention FedEx leadership, it is imperative to address the issue at hand. I strongly recommend immediate retraining for the individual in question to improve their customer service skills and professional conduct. Their behavior damages the company's reputation, especially in a competitive market. I have attached the purchase information for your investigation to prevent future customers from experiencing similar harassment at the Rockaway Mall location.
(By the way I had to ask to borrow his pen, cart etc., as he offered me zero help and interest in helping to resolve any issue)

‼️‼️I had an absolutely dreadful experience. I entrusted them with binding my 1000-pages NAPLEX book into three sections, but they managed to mess up every possible aspect of the job. Not only did they throw out 60 pages of my book, but they also bound it with completely unordered page numbers, turning my organized masterpiece into a chaotic mess. When I called to complain, they were clueless until the manager miraculously found my missing pages in the garbage. The re-binding attempt was a disaster; the font color was ruined, making it nearly impossible to read. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your literary work of art turned into a nightmare.‼️❌

Well the store is set to open at 9 am and at 9:15 is still closed. There seems to be management and employee issues.

I use this FedEx all the time for work, I bring in large, heavy and bulky shipments, hundreds of desk phones, network equipment etc, being shipped back to warehouses around the country. I've never had an issue and I've alway gotten great help with everything. I can use any FedEx on my route to and from jobs but I make sure to use this one because I know the job will be done right with no hassle or problems.

The gentleman who works there is consistently kind, friendly and professional, even when just dropping off packages. He took the time to make sure the package I dropped off was correct and ready to go, and was extremely friendly to boot.

If I could give this place, zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible. I have called corporate and complained and nothing is done about it. Nobody returned your call for anything. I would not recommend anybody to go here. I would suggest taking the trip to another FedEx, even if it means driving an hour. The manager is arrogant. And apparently doesn’t follow their corporate’s procedures

Slow and poor customer service.Never have had a good experience hereComplain that labels are too small. UPS never has that issue with similar labels.Even if you are the only one there expect to wait as if they are surprised that customers have come in

Tiffany and Karen were amazing! they helped me find my package before they even opened. I requested my package be held at the location, it was not it went on to a truck and they looked through the whole truck to find it. This Location always is amazing and knocks it out of the park. Great job once again!

Had a fantastic experience today at this location! I ordered some posters online to be printed and I ended up picking a size that didn't fit my frame as I wanted. I spoke to the manager Pablo on the phone and he was super nice and told me to come in he would work with me to help fix the issue. When I got there, Pablo, Tom and Dee were super friendly and helped identify the issue and come up with a quick remedy. I'll make sure to continue going to this location!

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up a package shipped from a store to my husband. My name was listed as a person authorized to pick it up. However, the person at the FedEx desk refused to release it to me, even though I was able to provide an ID and the proof of purchase.
