Brought my Mavado watch to be fixed and never saw it again. Had to Barter only to settle on a price below what I paid or go through hassle of Civil Court.

I walked into to the store I was like I’m looking for some watches he was like what kind. I said I’m looking to see if you have any Rolex’s he was like how much money do you have I didn’t tell him because it’s not his buisness. He was like I’m not going to sell you a watch because you have no money in which case I do have money to buy a Rolex. He is very disrespectful so do yourself a favor and don’t step a foot in that crooks shop

Alberto my man, you need to calm down before coming to work. Terrible costumer service ever. What a way to end your 2023 with this review. Seriously stay away from this store. Save yourself some headaches. Happy not so happy New Year for Alberto.

Owner literally cursed us out. We went to get some watch links removed. Terrible costumer service. No manners! I wonder who raised this man. Stay away!

I brought two necklaces to be repaired and one pendant to have a piece put on it so I can attach it to a necklace. The gentlemen told me it would cost $125 for the three items to which I agreed. He said to come back in 30 minutes and I left. When I came back he greeted me with a smile and said I did your pendant myself. Thinking he had experience in what he was doing I was happy until I saw the work preformed. I briefly looked at it, paid and left. Once out of the store I looked at the pieces more in depth, and I went back. The pendant was a gift that I'd now have to find another jeweler to fix. The work was sloppy, rough and would never allow the pendant to sit properly how he did it. The material was extremely thin as well. On one of the necklaces the clasp hook he replaced was slightly smaller than it should be therefore it makes it slightly difficult to get on. When I brought this all to his attention he became rude and defensive. He said what do I want, he did the best he could. I said if you didn't feel like you could do the work then you should've said so. Not once did he offer to return my money, In fact what he said was if I wanted a refund i needed to give him back "his gold". It was a waste of money.

I went in this week to have a watch band sized and a new battery installed. They were extremely professional. They were able to make the repairs quickly. I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend them.

Typical Indians watch ur jewellery extraordinarily careful and don’t even consider bringing it to these scum. make sure you get back the same jewellery/stones as they will attempt to swap them out after leaving it for repair.

Went in for watch repair, the woman was rude to start off with . She spent exactly 30 seconds with me told me it had to be sent out to the city and I should probably just buy an new one , I explained to her this was sentimental and would like to have to fixed if possible. another customer walked in she said great my first paying customer of the day . My ticket was put on the counter and off she went ( to her paying customer) I waited a few minutes and asked for my watch back . I would never recommend them to anybody. I should’ve walked out as soon as she started being rude at hello.

Just the best place for expert jewelry repair. Have been coming here for years. Often able to make simple repairs on the spot. Also they do expert resetting of diamond jewelry. Friendly service, reasonable prices. I never go anywhere else!

Horrible service. The owner was rude, unprofessional and had no filter when it came to comments towards his customers. His lack of jewelry knowledge and blatant disrespect towards customers is appalling. 0 stars.

I went in to get an engagement ring sized down with the outside possibility of also changing my watch battery. They did both within an hour, and right before closing. I was very impressed that they went the extra mile for my convenience. They definitely earned a new customer going forward.

Negative star rating. Ordered a custom piece. Dishonest. Horrible flimsy jewelry. Looks like a three year old made it. Would not refund money. Stay as far away from this place as possible.
