I stayed at this hotel with my family, and was very unimpressed with service provided. To start- the hotel rooms are very bare bones, and don't have the basics of proper lighting or even bench to keep your things. This would have been manageable- if I didn't also notice to slight mold forming on the bath tubs. Of course, that will happen to any bathroom - but as there is no proper exhaust installed in the bathrooms- of course this issue gets worse. These things have to be regularly maintained. As well, the staff were not willing to provide housekeeping. There is signage to say that housekeeping will be provided every other day, but that frankly doesn't make sense when you have a guest that is only staying for 1.5 days. These things need to be adjusted- and the fact that it wasn't meant that they basically put their hands up and said sorry - we can't do anything.Lastly, my mother saw that the 2% milk was spoiled during breakfast, and the staff said they would get to it eventually. That is unacceptable. Many people could have gotten sick! There should be a promptness when it comes to food safety. The location is fine, thats not a problem, and it served the purpose we needed. But these things I've indicated are totally solvable and can be implemented by management. I really hate being the person who gripes about customer service- I definetely don't know what the working conditions are at this location - but if management sees this- you need to improve these services.

Do not stay here at any cost - I wouldn't stay here for free. Bed bugs and bad service.Pros: cheap. Free breakfast.Cons: Room was unclean and disheveled, customer service not good. Room filled with bugs, and carpet felt unclean. I left with 17 super itchy red welts on my arms and legs that the staff said may be from "their super strong hotel-grade laundry detergent" (but a completely unrelated note is that the bed in the first room had a double zippered mattress protector, often meant for bed bugs, while the second room we were swapped to had just a pillow top...seems they very well knew about the pest problem and yet still never apologized, never reimbursed me for the horrible stay, and never admitted they had a problem).Rooms: Unclean, stains and blemishes on the walls like bugs had been squashed on the wall but no one cleaned after it.Noteworthy details: Bed had a double zippered mattress protector. When I complained about the first room, they allowed me to move to a new room, where both beds in the new room did not have a double zippered mattress protector. To anyone who knows anything about bed bugs, you'd immediately understand that they know / knew they had a pest problem in the first room.

This hotel and its staff is unacceptable. I was given a room infested with bed bugs! The manager never kept her promise of compensation. The front desk staff was rude, and useless. Housekeeping really must have dropped the ball to not have been clueless about their bug infestation. And I ended up having to go to a walk-in for medical treatment. This hotel needs to be reported to the public health department! It’s filthy!Noteworthy details: Read review.

First of all, I pre-booked a room and they canceled my pre-booking. The pre-booked a room is because I needed a room early in the morning! When I called them to make sure everything's was OK they told me that the reservation was canceled. Due to a no show! But they still charged me! So what's the reason I pre-booked it to begin with? The. I bought something chips from the front desk, and all 3 of them were expired! On my check out, at 11:45am they blocked my key card, because i was supposed to leave the room at 11am! Really?? The the lady at the front deck gave me an attitude saying "the check out is at 11 sir!" I told her that I've been to the specific hotel more a lot of times, "as that a a member too" but she didn't seem to care at all! Then she supposedly activate my key card, but she didn't. I have to go up to the room 3 times just to tell me ok go against and I'll send someone to open it for you! Very very disappointing and you guys lost a customer that was at you hotel 3-4 times a year.

My family of 5 stayed in the studio 2 queen size bed room. It also consist of a pull out sofa bed. The room was spacious for 5 people. The beds were comfortable, pillows were small and not great. The room and bathroom were clean. The sheets for the pull out sofa bed needed to be changed so we requested clean sheets. The staff were friendly however requested sheets and towels we were told that they would send some to the room no one showed up. If you need something just go to the front desk yourself to get it; which we ended up doing. They do provide complimentary breakfast , which was okay. I really liked the fact that they provided full size shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. I know it may sound like it's not a big deal but many hotels are not providing that these days. We would definitely stay there again.

My initial room was on the first floor which was very noisy from the trucks and traffic close to the hotel. The staff was excellent, they allowed me to switch rooms. Everything was perfect

For the price I paid and for what I would except from HI&S. This property did not meet my expectations. Here are some of the reasons why; Dirty used washrag hanging from the shower rod, power outlets not working, not linen provided for the sofa-bed, phones wouldn't work. Front desk was overworked at night and unable to answer the phone in a timely manner sometimes.Asked for another room but said was sold out the minute I walked in and saw the felty washrag. Would have cancelled my booking but was traveling with 7 ppl and 3 rooms on a Friday night for a religious retreat in the area.Ran out of milk and butter while we stayed!!! Couldn't management run someone to grocery store to grab some????Asked to speak to a manager once available and never git a call to my room or cell ask requested. Only saw a manager the morning of check-out...Would not recommend or stay again!

Was put up here on business. Was a bit leery given some of the reviews. People at front desk seemed cheerful enough. Went up to check room out and it is slightly dated as the reviews said but appeared clean enough. The biggest challenge we had were the breakfasts. The oatmeal each day was either rock hard or watery. The do provide a variety but I'd recommend sticking with bagels toast or yogurt. Even the waffle batter was really thick and the waffles came out kinda hard. There were days they ran out of everything. Orange juice, coffee, cups. The tables weren't always clean either even tho people were pretty good about taking their stuff and throwing it away. The worst part was the bug....not a bedbug. He treated me in the bathroom one morning. I made my husband kill it, which he did. I told my employers about it and gave them a picture. And they got a whopping 20 dollars off a four day bill. The big kicker was they supposedly went up there and found the bug and killed it? Ummm....the first one was definitely dead soooo....honestly I don't really find the staff they had at fault for much of this. They were all nice hardworking attentive people. Sadly they appeared grossly understaffed. And bugs like that can happen, But 20 dollars? Almost an insult!

Short Version: The room I stayed in had bed bugs (I had 17 bites with all the markings of bed bugs). The hotel says they did an inspection and says they found nothing, but I can assure you there most definitely are. DO NOT STAY HERE.Long Version:I stayed in a room at this hotel and by the morning of the 3rd day, I had 17 bed bug bites all over my body (extremely itchy, red, in a line, swollen and raised, etc.) so I checked the bed and sure enough there was a double-zippered mattress protector (the kind you specifically buy after having bed bugs). When I showed my bites to the staff, they let me swap rooms (interestingly, the new room bed did not have a double zippered mattress protector...) but they were unwilling to provide a refund or any reimbursement without their exterminator checking the room.It was a horrible experience at the stay because even after swapping rooms, we had to bag all of our clothes and things into giant trash bags. They allowed me to use their washer and dryer but the staff said the laundry detergent was "purchasable" from the lobby. We put all our clothes and anything made of cloth/fabric through the washer and dryer and put everything into black trash bags and tied them tight and kept everything in the car to hope for the heat to kill them. To this day (1+ week later), I still have everything in the car bc I'm scared to bring it into my home and possibly spread the bed bugs.To make this experience worse, I had asked the hotel to call me back with the report from the inspector but they never sent it so I had to call back multiple times to get a hold of a Manager who I could talk to. I spoke to the manager, Ashley (who was perfectly civil), but they said that because the inspector didn't find "any evidence" of bed bugs, they couldn't give me any compensation. While I appreciate their corporate rules, I had 17 horrible bed bug bites on my body, I had to put all my clothes in trash bags, I have to be in fear of bringing bed bugs back to my home, and deal with all of the stress and anxiety that comes from it. They were completely unsympathetic and basically saying my claim of bed bugs was untrue. 5+ years ago my apartment got bed bugs, I know for a fact this was bed bugs.Tldr; This hotel has bed bugs but will not disclose this to you nor reimburse you for the terrible experience they KNOW they have on their hands. Do not stay here.I am in the process of speaking to their corporate office so another guest doesn't have to go through this same experience. And I will no longer ever stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites if they cannot trust a guest who showed the front desk their bit up arms and legs and yet still say there's "no evidence". Hotels cannot always control whether they get bbs or not, but they can control their customer service response and this is unacceptable.

To say that the entire front staff were lazy and not helpful would not be true but on our 7 day stay there were a few that were very unfriendly, lazy and due to them I can not give service a good review. Today the breakfast area is really busy and with only 1 staff working it the area it is hard gor them to keep up. The front desk staff was asked by a customer to help get cups and she just told them to go get them from the attendant. No one was at the front desk, she was just plain rude.Noteworthy details: Great location.

One of my favorite places to stay. Front desk is attentive. The breakfast is good to go and the rooms are always clean and cold.

Staying at this location was an unfortunate experience. Rooms were dirty and ill prepared to handle our party of five. The shower drain was slow, pull out bed was dirty with no extra linens to prepare it. There were fossilized doritos under the pull out bedding, in the ac and all over the corners of the room. The lounge chair was so old and dirty it actually felt wet.The breakfast buffet was also something I could have done without. Burnt omlettes, cut up hot dogs (at least that is what it looked like) and poorly prepared waffle batter were the highlights. There was no fresh fruit and the coffee was dull and distasteful. Do better please! Not the experience I expected from Hampton Inn or Hilton. Upon complaint, we did receive a 20% discount but it was too little to make our stay comfortable.

Being familiar with the good service of Hampton Inn, my family came in with somewhat high expectations. When walking into the room, our first glance was pleasant, with two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, and a large table. As we got a closer look, we noticed chip crumbs both inside the air conditioner and on the sofa sleeper itself. The shower drain was also dysfunctional.Rooms: Not kept properly and lacks cleanliness.Nearby activities: Six Flags Great Adventure and Robbinsville Field House is in the vicinity.
