“I can understand PC's untainted reputation of 5 stars by the local neighborhood.Glen, one of the managers, and David, are some of the most helpful people around. I bought paint from this store twice and our bathroom upgrade turned out fabulous.Why go to Home Depot when you have Paint Can right here, with everything you need? You will not get the same attentiveness and care there that you will here. Also, the prices are no cheaper at any other hardware retailer. I would rather give it to the good people of this store who work hard to retain their small business. 10/10!!!”
“I am an out of state customer and no one in my local area had what I needed. Ramsey Hardware came up on my Google search for the item and I telephoned the store. Dan answered and he was extremely helpful. He told me to order the item online and he would ship it out. Took him less than an hour to do so. That is great customer service. “Nice place and it’s been around a long time. I try to patronize them and avoid big box stores but the last few times I’ve gone in they were out of very basic supplies. And the staff looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked where to find them. I know they can’t have everything but 1) silicone spray, 2) a hook to hold back a door, 3) screen repair material?”

“I recently renovated my kitchen, and the last thing to be done was selecting a paint color. I thought that would be the easiest decision among all the choices that I had just had to make, but it was overwhelming in that there were so many options. Were it not for Jane, I would likely still have several paint swatches taped to my wall, unable to make a decision. She was so incredibly helpful. Specifically, she was an excellent listener and helped me to see and think about things that otherwise would not have occurred to me. Utilizing her skills saved me money because it spared me from making a costly mistake (i.e.; having to repaint the kitchen after being dissatisfied with the color). The cherry on the sundae is that she is warm and someone with whom it is very easy to connect. Having Jane as a color consultant made all the difference, and because of her I love the the way the color of my kitchen works with everything else in the room!”

“I have been to this store on multiple occasions over the years and am generally OK with the services received. Today was the exception. Some amateur comedian was at the desk and clowned around with me while I was there to pick up an online order placed last night. At after 1000 a.m., the order was not ready; the web site indicated the order was going to be available two hours after opening (0700 a.m.). I indicated I had not received an email indicating the order was complete when asked -- and then he looked it up and discovered they had an order that was not yet processed. Three people were at the front desk and no one was doing anything substantial other than talking when I arrived, so no one was paying attention to business. So, while another individual made up my order, the comedian tried again to joke with me about the paint color chosen. I corrected him and he said he was just joking around. I didn't react at all, but didn't indicate I was amused either. I remained polite and was very quiet as I received my receipt and paint cans and left. Be prepared for a wait, if they are busy, not to have your order ready if placed online. My wait wasn't very long, but if that had been the excuse they provided me had I asked why I had to wait or why my order wasn't done earlier, I might have had a funny retort for them. But I wasn't amused by the scenario. Very unprofessional and not what I expect at a retail store.”

“I don't think I will ever choose a paint color again without first consulting with Rob. The man is literally a color genius. He will look at your sample and in seconds whip out these color books and select perfect matches. There are literally thousands of nuanced shades of every color, barely discernible to you or me, but he knows each one of them like their his child. Go to eagle paint. Ask for Rob (call in advance, don't go in the AM when contractors go). The man is a genius.”
