Shoe inn has been extremely helpful since I placed my order for the sneakers I love. I was mad but I can't stay away! They have amazing products that you don't find anywhere else and they are on the expensive side and I don't agree with the return policy but I hope that you will understand that there is room for error and I made mistakes. They made mistakes, but I want to move on and friendly relationship because I do want to shop there.!

Terrible. Buyer beware. They had a "storewide sale." Sale excluded all accessories and slippers (Ugh) and also items with a "blue sticker " were excluded. So O bought a handbag and ugg slippers tha came to 400.00. All good so far. I also found a nice comfortable pair of leather black shoes. The saleswoman was nice and told me I was buying one item that was included in the sale. I was happy! She went to grab my size. Unfortunately my size was out of stock. No worries, she said. We can order it and have it here in 2-3 days and we will still honor the 30% off sale (regular price 350.00). I said, okay and gave my telephone number. Two days later I got a call that my shoes were in ((perfect timing for my evening event that coming weekend). I scheduled the time in my workday to go and pick up the shoes. The salesperson got the shoes in the stockroom and at the register she apologized, "im sorry these are excluded from the sale." I explained the story and she said, "It was a misunderstanding." Poor! I left and won't go back again.

ZERO STARS- OMG, Awful people, trashy customer service, and I’m speaking about the COMPANY NOT the Ridgewood store! I want to make that clear, this is about the company! I like the RIDGEWOOD store, I am speaking now about an online purchase from their website, I ordered a pair of shoes in my size & when they arrived, they did not fit. Called 800 number & spoke with a woman who told me I was ONLY allowed to “exchange them for another size, and if that didn’t work, I am out of luck” What? I have never heard of this! What if the next size doesn’t fit me because it’s “really” not my size? Answer was NO, I’m BEING told I am required to keep a shoe that I am not happy with! They are a freaking shoe store! A few days later, After speaking to her, I receive a phone call from the manager of the Ridgewood store, telling me do not attempt to come there and return the shoe! knowing I was very unhappy & might try to return them there, it felt very personal to receive a phone call from the manager telling me that I cannot attempt to return shoes! OMG they are vengeful people who actually took the time to single me out & tell the manager to NOT ALLOW ME to return my shoes, I would have obviously spent more money in their store If they allowed me to return my shoes and get something else! ! What kind of a business does this? I felt they went out of their way to make sure I stayed unhappy as their customer! I have shopped all over the world in the best stores, and I’ve never received customer service so disappointing in my life!Good riddance! I will never shop in your store again, and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either! Trust me, they don’t have anything special, lol bought a purse there a year ago $99, saw it in Nordstrom rack for $54!

Terrible with returns ... Shoes are defective ..... I purchased shoes, and wore them only three times before they ripped. The Store manager insisted on repairing the shoes even though I continued to ask for a new pair. I finally agreed to the repair I didn't get the shoes back for over a week Finally, I got my shoes back, wore them one time and the shoes ripped again (after wearing them only two hours). When I went back to the store a second time, the manager, once again refused to give me my money or to give me a new pair Basically, I spent $200 on summer shoes and wore them four times all summer The issue remains unresolved

If if I can give it ZERO stars I would!!! . I decided to shop local versus shopping big box stores for my shoes. Never again! Or at least never from here again!! At least big box stores display and are very forthcoming with their policies versus changing them on a whim. I decided to use my store credit to purchase one of their shoes and was told that the credit expired. Nowhere on the receipt is that stated, nowhere in the store is it posted, it's not even posted on their website. I think they decided that it is more profitable to keep my money rather than honoring the credit that was given. I Received the runaround for months over some "expired store credit " I've never heard of store credit expiring,.... Unless if a store was in liquidation in which case -it is not. I Called customer service number numerous times and haven't received a phone call back. I even sent a very detailed email and have not received any response back. I'm being blown off because this store does not care about its customers. This is unacceptable because they have my money and refuse to either let me pick out a product for it or reimburse me.

Writing this review was a long time coming!!! I've been a customer with SHOEINN for a couple years now and I've always been able to find just the right thing for any occasion. I started off shopping here only when visiting town but now I am a true regular.......If Im confused about how something fits me, need advice on finding the right shoe for an outfit, or need a shoe specially-ordered, the girls here always go above and beyond to make sure customers leave satisfied with their purchase. After leaving the store today having made yet another purchase, I was actually given a discount from their rewards system I've racked up over the years....! So I thought what better time to write a review than now.......especially after seeing these old reviews about the store . I've never had a bad experience in my time shopping here since I assume they changed store managers. Support small businesses!!!

Wonderful shoe store with a great selection and excellent customer service When I walked in Luanne was assisting another customer. She saw I was holding two pairs of sandals and asked me if I needed help. The entire staff is very attentive ! Would definitely recommend

I was searching for shoes in the mall... couldn't find none! I went to shoe inn and found a beautiful shoe that was comfortable and trenday! shoe inn will be my first option to shop from now on!

I like shoe inn because even if they do not have my size in a location, they are able to get it from another; which is exactly what happened, thank you for getting me my shoes!
