important—in The past [Approx Dec 12 ,‘21] ,i nicely inform/request worker [in The p.m] *please make a *click when close Fuel cap ,in order To prevent vapor issue/As well as prevent electronic dash Fuel cap message display .*instead ,worker shout: ‘Fix your car!.’ ‘Fu?k you mother Fu?ker!’ .....i was speechless.?.? ,upset..so ,Then i send a Text message itemizing issue To The manager Mr .kahn .The manager Dismisses minimizes issues ;instead says: ‘use a different shel pump’.. i was speechless .how is it permissible.?—Thu .1–20– ‘22 .i inform different worker ‘$20.00 v—power please’ .The worker was Talking with a cel ..so i see Fuel meter reading was At Approx .$26. ..so i inform worker i request/inform $20.00The worker says: ‘Fu?k’ ,you make difficulty!’ so i respond ‘how can you use these word[s]?.’ ‘you are preoccupied with a cel’The issue[s] Are it seems As Though These worker[s] use The word ‘Fu?k’ Too Freely .....it seems As Though These worker[s] don’t realize or Are dishonest About Their misdeed[s] .it seems As Though leadership of That shell Fuel pump sides with or defends This kind of delivery .......??A DD is part of that Fuel pump so in Theory it is logistical To use Althoughi am speechless .how is it permissible.?

The gas price is not the cheapest, But you get a good service, There are Shell gasoline stations all over the United States so If your car is not Electric your safe, I don't know if there is Electric power to serve Hybrid and Electric cars. There is no way that this pump says that put 15 gallons of gas in my car that doesn’t take more than 12 and it’s showing that it only put half a tank. I’ve been robbed

I use to go this gas station few months agoAnd I fill up my car by myself never have a issueThe guys just let me do it with no problemNow this old men don't like the ppl do his own s...t cause he just don't want andhe say is the boss but to be the bossThat is 0 customer serviceMaybe is no a lot money what i put on my car but all the time I go there is like 60 - 80 dollar but from today I will never go back thereI will tell my friends

I keep asking the attendants to put in my phone number so I can use my fuel rewards. They keeping lying and say they put it in and then don’t give me the receipt when I ask. This has happened multiple times now that they pretend to let me use my alt ID. I am positive they are encouraged to do this by the owner so they get full price and I can’t use my Shell discounts. Will never fill up here again.

Do not go to this shell to use fuel rewards. I have 2 diesel vehicles. Diesel is obviously super expensive right now so I try to shop to get the most rewards possible, to turn into money off gas. Had issues in the past but after the visit on 7/29/22 no one in my 5 vehicle household will go here again. My truck takes 30 gallons and the gas light was on. In the past I suspected them of stopping the gas before full with my jeep which takes over 20 gallons of diesel. This time was obvious. Guy indicated to the other one to stop the gas. My boyfriend told them the tank wasn't full and they argued saying it was full. Receipt attached. My gas light was on, and tank is 30 gallons. How was I full at 14.67 gallons? That's $5 they stole from me. And this is not the first time. Just the first time I could definitely prove it.

It would be 0 Stars, if that is an option.The customer service that I received today at 4:25PM was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!It was my first time using Fuel Rewards, and I couldn't find adequate instruction to how to use it, so I didn't know how to use it.Because I didn't know how to use it, I was taking a long time to try to figure it out, and the attendant, instead of offering any help, was just rushing me to find the ID.Then after the attendant finished pumping gas, I snatched the receipt from him, he started cursing at me.I cannot believe that a business that profits from serving their customers, employs someone that can be so rude, and then curses off the customer that shows dissatisfaction caused by his own doing.I NEVER want to see this guy EVER AGAIN, and I demand that Shell provides better training for their employees to teach them to do "work" properly, including serving the customers, instead of just teaching them to pump gas.Because let's get real, if this wasn't new Jersey, I'm sure everyone can, and would prefer to pump their own gas, rather than being served by this guy.

The fuel courts workers literally tried to STEAL MONEY from me. I stopped at this gas station today (3/9/22 at 5:20pm) to buy a pack of cigarettes, and when i got my receipt it said that they had charged me $25 for a "miscellaneous item." Cigarettes at this gas station only cost $11. If i hadn't noticed they would have stolen $14 off my card. I could only imagine how many people they tricked with this scam. And when i called them out on it they just looked at eachother all confused, they weren't able to refund my card and were only able to give me the difference in cash. Obviously i now know to never stop at this gas station again. Idk if the owner reads these reviews but i hope they hold their workers accountable for their sheer incompetence.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. The guys who work here went out of their way not to help us. The one worker was sitting in the booth while the other refused to pump my gas. There used to be good people working here... where are they? I have never seen anyone act like that at a gas station before!
