Lynn and the team at Rapunzel Creative have been great to work with and have delivered time and again for us. Our initial engagement with them began during COVID when they helped us do a quick update to our existing website. This initial engagement led to a complete redesign and relaunch of our website and we couldn't be happier. We've received multiple, very positive comments from our donors, volunteers, and staff. Because of the great work they did with our website, Rapunzel is now producing our semi-annual newsletter, annual report, year-end appeal, and other event related pieces. They have modernized and streamlined our communication pieces and our supporters have responded very positively.

As a result our new site is updated and much more user friendly.The entire team was very easy to communicate and work with throughout the entire project. MHCP is a 54-year-old non-profit serving the mental health needs of our community. We have been called by some “the best kept secret” in Passaic County. As an agency we no longer wanted to be a secret. We wanted to share our innovative programs, specialized staff, and important work with as many people as we can reach in Northern NJ. What better way to accomplish this then by revamping our website – and who better to revamp it than Rapunzel Creative! Lynn and her team at Rapunzel have been absolutely wonderful! They took the time to learn about our services, listen to what did not work on our last web page, grasped what we wanted to convey, were patient, creative and fun to work with! Our website is now eye catching, informative, user friendly, and has garnished over 50 new referrals for service in the first 90 days! Our internship program has more inquiries than ever before, and we hope a donation campaign will be done soon. Rapunzel Creative exceeded our expectations!! The children, families, and staff at MHCP thank Rapunzel Creative for expanding our reach and making us a relevant presence.

As a 120 year old non-profit we needed to re brand our material to match our current line of services. Lynn and her team first started with our agency doing a donor acquisition postcard campaign. She soon became our go-to for all our marketing needs. Recently we launched a bi-monthly postcard campaign to our current donors. It was so well received, by donors, staff and volunteers, we had Rapunzel Creative redesign our Agency overview. After a year working with our agency we had Lynn and her team write and design our case for support -- The most important document a development department has to promote our work. Rapunzel Creative knocked it out of the park and we're currently working with them to design a website based off the case for support. The whole team is organized, creative, talented and wonderful to work with.
