I had a shattered side window. I got a quote from another company for almost $400. I called and they were able to come he next day (and their quote was $100 less). They called early and came when they said they would be here. The technician was courteous and did a great job.

They were great. Tech called me to give an arrival time. I told him to text me when he arrived and left. He arrived when expected and kept me updated via text. So happy with my windshield and the service I received.

I had a great experience. I had the windshield job done at their shop because I had an leak issue and wanted it done in a shop environment where they would have anything needed right at hand. The tech did a great job on a hard to work on installation. The price was great, the service great, the result is a perfectly installed window with no issues. And done while I waited. Thank You!!

Worst experience ever. They cancelled an appointment due to the rain which I understand. They rescheduled with me and when I called the morning of to confirm they said they had no appointment and could not come because they returned the glass. The 'manager' I spoke to on the phone was rude and offensive. I asked why the glass was returned since they knew I had a claim with my insurance for them to complete the job but she could not explain why it was sent back even though I had another appointment. I would definitely not recommend this place based on their poor customer service and shoddy record keeping of appointments.

We made an appointment for last Saturday, but it was raining so we changed the appt to the following Thursday, we spoke to a man and didn't get his name. Thursday came and we called early in the morning and found nothing was scheduled. The lady on phone was abrupt and said that nothing can be done. Furthermore, she informed they have to order the glass. How can we have an appointment in the first place and they don't have the glass? I dont recommend going here, something is horribly wrong on how they run their business. The lady on the phone says we dont keep your glass in stock, odd since we had an appt and an insurance claim. Also this was for a 2012 Camry. We called safelite who had the glass in stock....and said it was standard. AMG is advertising all over but can't keep up with it, better be prepared for bad or inconsistent service, sounds like the lady on the phone was fed up talking to customers..

Best of the best! Emailed for a quote and had it within an hour! The price was very fair and was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. The techs called with a 2 hour window. They came to my complex and were professional and explained the job in detail and got to work right away. In under 2 hours I had my new windshield installed! No leaks at all! And we've had a lot of rain since the installation. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
