Shaira is wonderful! I have been to many physical therapists over the years but she's the best by far. Got my bad back loosened right up and gave a very helpful range of exercises. Also she takes insurance which is so rare these days. She is very personable and caring as well, I highly recommend her!!

My son has been going to Shaira Rose for a few months now. He has gotten great treatment and help with his sore neck and shoulders. We have seen great improvement. She is a very nice person and we are glad we found her!

I attended Physical Therapy with Shaira Rose for several months following a leg injury and repair. The treatment received has been excellent and now have full range of motioned restored. The granular attention to per exercise details and expectation setting has been consistent and greatly appreciated. The overall experience at A R Physical Therapy has been outstanding.

I highly recommend physical therapy with Dr. Rose, who is very professional, knowledgeable and caring.After shoulder replacement surgery, I worked with Dr. Rose for 6 months. My shoulder is now excellent, with very good range of motion and strength. The variety of exercises and care received were instrumental in my recovery.
