“This place had cute stuff! I bought a dress and I was super excited to try it on and when I got home…it fit like a glove. However, upon further inspection, I noticed that one of the bows on it was damaged. I paid $14 for it so I was a little disappointed to get something damaged for that price. Just double check before you buy!”
“What a unique place to shop. The mix of clever and eclectic new items coupled with consignment offerings makes for a truly one-of-a-kind experience. I like all the great gift items and my daughter likes the lifestyle items where my wife likes any shop that boasts a life-size Martian from "Mars Attacks" in their front window. Highly recommend.”
“Stumbled upon Trendy Tots today and what a gem! The woman working there was so kind and helpful, and there were so many choices - all clearly organized by age and clean. Plus, everything was super affordable, with most clothes I purchased at ~$4/item! I’m sorry to the staff as I practically cleared out the whole 18-24 section in one spree. a
Thanks Trendy Tots ???”
“Outstanding selection of sneakers and sports-related inventory (jerseys, hats, starter jackets, sweaters). Owner is cool, friendly and meticulously sources his stuff. Very fair prices.”

400 Main St, Asbury Park“An impeccably curated shopping experience and an absolute must-visit in Asbury park. Just from stepping into the store you can tell everything is selected with a very close attention to detail, from the quality of the textile to the designer or maker behind each treasure. I was so happy to pick up some holiday gifts here and also learn about some new-to-me brands. There's something indescribably cool about picking up a pair of pants that caught my eye and being told they were made by someone local. This is a business worth supporting - you know your money is going not only to a small local business but also to the local makers stocked here. Can't wait to come back!”

980 Shrewsbury Ave, Tinton Falls“I’ll give it 5 stars bc I like the stuff. It’s quality consignment. But the older woman is just awful. No personality and rude. She’s lucky it’s a good store because if it based off her personality and service it would have been shut down.”
“Like many have said, you can spend hours here.. so many different items on so many scales and tiers. Something for everyone for sure. People were super nice. They spent extra time wrapping breakable items, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely go back again. Wish I had more time to look through the store.”
“I love this store! I always find great items and you can't beat their prices. I've also consigned my clothes here- but I have done better elsewhere. Next time I drop off, I will make an appointment so I can see what they are taking. If you just drop off and leave your stuff- it's pretty much a surprise in what they take and what they "donate".”

1421 NJ-35, Middletown“Well let me start off by saying that the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I recently went with both my mom & grandma a few days ago and man, did we shop! First, the store is super neat and they has everything coordinated great, as well as having a good selection over all. It’s a good environment to just shop and talk with your family, which I do constantly because I never stop talking haha.
The items are mostly in good condition and some even with tags on them (score! Thank you Zara’s) and trying them on was no hassle. There were a good amount of customers but not stuffy at all and it was great. Looking through the isles, I was surprised on how many pairs of shoes they had for men, where I went to another Plato’s and they didn’t really care for guy’s shoes. Here, it was great & I bought a pair. Another thing I like that I didn’t do that day was when you bring in a buy, you sometimes get a coupon which is super smart, because it makes me buy things while I wait.
I’ve been to many Plato’s closets throughout the state and this one is definitely my favorite. Really quick circling back to my first point, the employees. There was is girl, unfortunately I don’t remember her name but had an excellent customer service attitude. My mom and I even told her, because we feel she did a great job. Coming from a background in business, I’ve seen the best and the worst and this girl had the best. Sometimes we would want something and then didn’t, she was more than happy to help. Overall, such a great store and great place to just spend a few. Ps. Layla, the owner, the sweetest. Okay, I promise I’m done haha.”
“I like unique things and not made in China but by locals! This store is my favorite in whole town. I bought very cute card holder. And I am sure anyone can find some precious gift ? in good store for yourself or for your close ones.”
