Jen and team have fine hand-crafted artisan jewelry for decades and it shows! They made my engagement ring 15 years ago in Red Babk and their quality of work and customer service is unmatched. Today, I got my ring cleaned as a complimentary service and I’m leaving not just with a “new” ring but with reconnection with old friends. Such a joy and I couldn’t recommend them more than to say we will be back for anniversary gifts and other life milestones. I learned they can even melt down family jewelry or customize new settings of old pieces with so much personal meaning / I can’t wait! Worth the 3hour drive from CT shoreline!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jen and Ian to reimagine my mother in laws pearls after she passed. The result was beautiful Pearl and gold bracelets for her 6 granddaughters! Ian and Jen were incredibly helpful and thoughtful in separating our heirloom engagement ring from a soldered band. We walked in and they were able to help us within minutes and spent time with us thoughtfully discussing possible design options for future wedding bands. They did all of the work in front of us, checking in as they went to ensure the integrity of the band was maintained and that we were satisfied with the process. We will return to them in the future as we design our bands together and trust that they will be thoughtful and careful with their work. Thank you Ian and Jen!

Real jewelers that work/create/repair on site, they do not send it out. Reasonable and know what they are doing. They replace watch batteries too!
