I love this shop, everyone is so friendly and helps me out every time I am in. The last time I was in store I was looking for coils, an e juice, and a pod and they only had the pods. The lovely girl working told me that if I sent them a message on instagram showing them what I need they could order it for me, and they have it already for me in shop! I can never find my products anywhere- and online smoke shops can be fishy so I really appreciate Smoke Theory and all of the workers, and the owners are incredibly nice. Thank you for everything! I love you guys, i will be a forever customer - i wish i could give more than 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommended shop ! ♥️ Great customer service ! Went into the store to buy a hookah. The man running the run desk was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. We were sold a hookah with missing pieces that are not sold separately in store. When I called to get further assistance on the missing piece, he said the piece should be “in the box it came in” but the hookah never came in a box to begin with. Man did not offer any alternatives to solve the problem or a refund. Never going back. Now we have a unusable hookah.

1st and last time in here.. Came to do some business with the store. Tried to purchase some vape products and the guy with the long hair had the worst attitude ever. It was like he was looking over his shoulder for something illegal. He was looking around and he was paranoid. I'll never come to that wierd place ever again. Go to -Monmouth vape shop- or -Elite vape shop- way vetter and way cheaper

The guy that has the awesome green hair always helps me out big time when I come in with my mangled or lost vape mod. He’s helped me out on numerous occasions helping me set up my devices, change coils, even making me a mouth piece one time when I had absolutely nothing and the store was out of drip caps !!! Thank you so much for always pulling through! Great service and great quality products. Large variety of items to choose from too !!!

First time customer- stopped by for delta 8 products (specifically hoping for 3chi) and was disappointed by the selection. I did not see any of the top reputable brands being sold. Even more disappointing was the attitude of the guy working. Seemed like he was either having a bad day or hated his job. If my next experience here is more positive I will update this review.

Purchased something for 200$. Went home and saw this product was 120$ on the companies own website. My bad. Should have known better. I was just trying to do some business with a local merchant in Red Bank. I figured I might pay 20/25% more, but what the heck. This up charge is egregious. Called them to hear their side and some classless lady calling me honey, told me it’s a convenience charge. I started to say that’s ridiculous and she said she wasn’t going to take my abuse and hung up. Way to encourage customers to come back. DON’T SHOP HERE unless you want to feel awful about trying to support local businesses.

Complete condescending, dishonest, and disgusting employees who rip off customers and are rude to them. Been a few times hoping each would be better. Do not take any responsibility/refunds/customer service for defective products they sell that stop working even just 10 minutes after purchasing, and upsell products claiming they are something else. Most recently purchased a disposable vape product I have used before that the guy (acted completely disinterested and hostile by my existence) claimed was 1600 puffs, because apparently they didn't have 800 ones (even though I bought one the week before). I was confused and bought it anyway. Turns out, I paid double the money for half of what I was supposed to get (it was 800 puffs) when it died wayyy too soon. When I called, the woman said that the product I got doesn't even come in 1600 puffs and that I got my money's worth (which I didn't). And then she said too bad there's nothing she can do, and hung up on me...... I paid with my card so she could even look it up and I could bring in the incorrect product so she could give me partial refund/credit like at any other establishment would if she had any decency. In the store once, she actually asked me to write a Yelp review. Well, here it is you're welcome.
