Donna and her team were amazing! They made my first time home buying experience a lot less stressful. Everything was explained to me in detail and they worked with me every step of the way. I was shocked to see how fast Donna started the process. She really didn’t waste any time and she put 110% effort into making everything happen. She was on the phone with me almost everyday of the process. Phil was great with handling the paperwork and organizing everything in a timely manner, he was also very good in responding to his email. Raven did an awesome job also in putting everything together and making sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have done it without you guys! Thank you so much!

Dave Wicki was tremendous! He was invested in helping me create a better life for myself. He was thorough, patient, kind and forthright. I am grateful for his presence in my life. My closing was difficult due to some issues with the seller and Dave was key to ensuring that the closing happened, happened in a timely manner and that my best interests were served. I only closed a week ago and I've already recommended Dave to a friend.

Team Miller is the way to go. Chris, Kim, and his entire team went above and beyond to get us to our close. ( For example, he would text if something was urgent— super helpful when you have a full time job, a toddler, and don’t see an email come through!) Our sellers needed to push our close date and Chris got an extension on our rate immediately. I knew he had everything under control, and he kept things very easy for us. Great experience and amazing team- they are machines, and their goal is our goal- Get to the close!

If I could give this company a negative star I would. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a property with a mortgage company. My team consisted of josh Blair, Lisa Johnson, Barbara Suarez and they all were incompetent. My closing took place 2 weeks late and it was the most grueling experience I ever entailed. None of them knew what was going on half the time, josh was useless rude and a bully.The closing fees were almost 7,000 and I never had a conversation with josh Blair on the phone he didn’t answer my call or return my voicemail. The only time he cared to speak to me was when I told him & his whole team he was incompetent in an email. Anytime I would ask what the status is on the closing and documents I submitted to them for the 5th time they had no explanation and didn’t respond to my emails. Not only that but when they did respond to my emails they didn’t spell name correctly which was concerning when they are in charge of your loan processing. Lisa Johnson was her first day every day when you spoke to her and she wasted my attorneys time on checking title for the deed and he was very upset due to the fact that what he told her was correct to begin with and charged me more for his fees. I reached out to the CEO Michael Perry of the company because of how frustrated I was with all these incompetent people I was dealing with and he didn’t care or want to hear how terrible his employees are nice for a CEO to be so concerned. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR BUYING A HOME.
