AGAIN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP, went in for service a few months ago, my car had a separate issue and i left with another one. I went to another Lincoln service department and i was shown and told the previous work that was done on it which was at Ford performance in Randolph was not done correctly. So now i have a damaged undercarriage cover, a missing engine cover and multiple screws missing from my car. So now i have to pay for every problem this dealership left me with. Thank you very much for doing absolutely nothing great.

The service department do a poor job getting back to you and trying to talk to your advisor not happy with the service department.
