Can't say this has gone as I anticipated, and was disappointed with interactions. Feeling a bit cheated.

Rude. Pretentious. Owner tell you how perfect you look when you look ridiculous. Overpriced, found better prices for same clothing elsewhere.

Was just in this shop. I am a local. That is besides the point. But while I was in there I was treated so extremely poorly. I was completely putting them out. I had angered them when I inquired a price. When I tried on an item. And when I expressed an interest in purchasing. I left when I heard them refer to me as a tourist who had come out. They also fat shamed me. Completely off put by me knowing my size at the age of 45 They not only said they didn’t have my size but said this while I was undressed trying things on. Which is weird because the skirt I wanted to buy had a medium tag. I’ll continue to spend my money elsewhere. Plenty of nice shops out there. Does collie Jennings even own this store still? Disgraceful. I forgot to mention as I was lied in they were complaining about a prior customer whether she bought earrings or not. While in the fitting area I overheard them asking another local if they were a tourist They should judge less and maybe they’d sell something.

I had a lovely experience at Rouge in Princeton! The salesperson was so helpful and accommodating. The labels that they carry are phenomenal. Many slow fashion and independent labels that are amazing quality and reasonably priced. I will absolutely go back!

I moved to Princeton almost a year ago and have loved shopping at Rouge. It is my favorite boutique and the ladies who run the shop are absolutely fabulous. I have never felt pressured to buy something, they always work to accommodate my size and have become dear friends. The clothes that I have purchased at rouge are unique staples that are not found at every store. It is very rare that I go to Rouge and leave without purchasing. The price point is reasonable and all of the brands are of great quality. I highly encourage all visiting the adorable town of Princeton to stop in and have a look. You won’t be disappointed :)

Please avoid this store at all cost. I bought a pair of earrings from a designer that the store carried for a “trunk show.” The earrings broke upon taking them out of my ears (they cost more than $60). I reached out to the store & asked for a refund. The owner knew I did not live in the area and that I could not immediately bring the earrings back. I had two options (driving back over an hour) or sending them back and paying for shipping. I chose to drive back about a month later. The online site and Google says the store is open 12-6. I get to the store and it is closed. I reach out to the owner again on Instagram to be told that I did not respond in a timely manner & that they do not offer refunds. Interesting, because I have a screenshot of a message that says I can be refunded. The store is overly priced & the customer service is terrible.

Fantastic selection of designer denim and on-trend accessories. The staff is very helpful to guide you in selecting items that best complement your body type and sense of style. Always carries a nice selection of tops, dresses and some of he best cashmere I've ever owned, White + Warren!

This store used to be good. Key word "used" to be the girls who managed and ran the place used to at least be friendly, sweet, and had a good idea of how to style a person and help them pick out a great outfit. Now, the service is haphazard at best it was clear from the people working there that they were new or had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The did not know the designers, could not give options, and one literally spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to ring up a customer. Even the trunk show for JBrand which is usually such a major event was a DISASTER! Nothing was laid out, hung up or organized in any way. They just had "bins" of stuff to sift through and here's the thing if you are in Forever 21 or Express i would sift through bins for days because I am buying a $20 outfit. When you are spending upwards of $120 per item this is absolutely ludicrous. Find any other store, I promise you this is not worth it.

Although I live in Manhattan, Rouge is still one of my top favorite stores! Whenever I go in they always have a great selection of clothing, bags, scarves, shoes, etc. Also, the rouge girls are amazing and so helpful!! Christina is the absolute best and is always happy to help pick things out or order things in your size if unavailable. I highly recommend Rouge!!

Walked in looking for a present for my wife and came across some incredibly helpful staff. I gave them a description of my wife, what she wears and they suggested some excellent things for me to choose from. P.S. - she loved her present!

So the alleged daughter of the owner of the store sent me a nasty message and wrote a counter-review which insulted all Yelpers (as we apparently don't have lives). As you can imagine, the counter-review was promptly removed by the moderators. It also included details about her family life that I assume were supposed to guilt me into giving the place five stars. My dad's business averages four stars and I never bullied anybody. Yes, this store is still awful. But good move on airbrushing the pictures of the so-called models on your Facebook page. Some of the pictures came up on my newsfeed recently and I was glad to observe that my first review must have inspired that development.

Love, love, love Rouge! Can't say enough about the store, the girls who work there, the selection and the wonderful new owner. I feel like the change in location and ownership has truly breathed new life into one of my favorite Princeton shops! Amazing staff who are content to let you poke around the shop at your leisure but also more than willing to jump in and help you style any outfit your little heart desires (or calendar dictates!).

Weirdest store ever. Unfriendly staff, overpriced clothing, bizarre selection - I don't get it. I am all for funky mismatchy stores, but this one creeps me out. I didn't like them in their first location, and I don't like them in their second. I would have given them 2 stars, but their staff is rude, and selective about who they give the time of day (aka if you're not super thin and look like you have money to spend, peace). Plus, they deliberately, and without hiding it, hike up their prices. You can actually SEE suggested retail price tags with prices for under what they are charging. I'd much rather spend my time and money at Anthropologie. Boo Hiss.
