It's a very run down mall and needs to be updated. Alot of homeless wandering around the area. Suprised Princeton, NJ is getting so run down. Too busy with woke issues to see their own decay.

Years ago this shopping center had a nice country feeling. It was regular people running their shops. Now it just not an interesting place. The shops are just whatever they can get. Very high prices when you can drive 5 minutes and get things cheaper. Princeton has gone downhill greatly over the last 5 years

I rarely visit this shopping mall, but when I do, it's to pick up online orders at Ace Hardware. The mall is conveniently located and always well-organized.

I have been shopping here for over 45 years. What was once Epstein's Department store is now McCafferty's Supermarket. Ownership has changed and this shopping center has been expanded and improved over the years. ecg, 9.1.2024

Many visits, fluctuating landscape. Orvis, Ace Hardware & nearby pizza place are the utilitarian usefuls. You may dig up others.

A shopping center with 3 different places for pick the nook over DD and SB..I was there on the wrong morning when the landscapers were there blowing dirt everywhere. Didn't go well with morning coffee. Made for a less than great experience.

This shopping center has made an impressive comeback after many store closings during, pror and after Covid. The comeback has been led by the opening of a Starbucks in a prominent corner location near the popular McCafferty 's Food Market.
Check out the newly renovated and updated Center Barber Shop around the corner next to the Verizon Store. Lots of fun old-school barbershop items like a classic barberpole.
The shopping center is positioned for a successful future because two new apartment/condo buildings are set to open on either side of the shopping center, bringing in many new potential customers.
There is plenty of outdoor parking on various sides of the center, and a new parking deck is set to open adjacent to one of the new apartment buildings.

Aa lot of multifamily structures are getting built around the shopping center. This closes off much of the access road and the parking lot making access to some of the stores difficult. It may further hinder access once the homes are occupied with the added traffic that will bring.
