I’ve used Carnegie Cat Clinic for many years and through multiple cats. I have found the veterinarians to be thorough, kind and caring. They communicate clearly about any care and treatment recommended. The staff is equally friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this practice!

Best boarding facility for my cat Oscar!!! I am so lucky to find this place to board my cat for one month when i took a vacation. They sent me photos of Oscar every week and let me know Oscar’s condition which helps to ease my nerve. They took very good care of my cat and I definetly will choose this place next time when I go away.

Our family loves the team at Princeton animal hospital! Opie the cat goes monthly for his solencia injections. It’s always a pleasant experience and we never have trouble scheduling!

Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic is paws down the best place to take your feline overlords! My cats waltzed in like they owned the place (because, well, they think they do), and the staff treated them like the royalty they are. Dr. Purr-fessional (okay, not their real name, but it should be) and the team took such good care of my furballs that they were feline great in no time. From hairballs to highnesses, they handled everything with claw-some expertise.

Excellent visit. Vet performed careful examination of my older dog Lucy. Several vaccinations and bloodwork. Medication was prescribed and I’m hopeful this will make Lucy more comfortable

Update 9/2024:
So sad this place is not what it used to be...
Hard to have a consistent provider so we have no relationship with "a vet" and continuity of care is done via reading reports vs patient contact.
Prices are ridiculously high and lower cost options are not discussed.
There are time limits to services offered (even if you prepay).
I'm not looking forward to finding a new vet but feel I need to; this is strictly a business out to make money. The office staff loves animals and are delightful but the organization has lost my trust.
Best hours!!! Caring staff, clean facilities, great front desk staff! Has overlooked less expensive/less invasive options in favor of providing something that's easy for pet owner but willing to discuss and create/modify the treatment plan.

I have been bringing my pets here for the past 23 years (not all at this location), they have always been very thoughtful and kind and have been spot on with their diagnoses and treatments.

The website states this -
"Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic is a full-service animal hospital and welcomes both emergency treatment cases.."
My wife and I got turned away when we brought our cat in. Cat was having issues. and I saw this place was well reviewed and also said Cat clinic. Thought this would be a good place to take my pet. We got turned away in the matter of seconds. Very surprised that there was no consideration to see my cat. It didn't help that the front desk was dismissive and not very friendly. Essentially told us it's by appointment only and they have their own patients to care for. Not the interaction you need when your pet is struggling and you're trying to get them help.
I would suggest changing the name of this business. It's misleading to think you can take your pet here when they are sick.
Drove another 30 minutes and was able to find care pet care.
