Consistently the worst banking experience I've ever seen in my life..tellers that are downright mean and nasty.. they will talk down to you at any reason and make you feel uncomfortable for being there. This the opposite of good customer service. I've given them ample opportunities to make good on this and nothing changes. I've been back numerous times and experience the same bad service again and again. I now drive by this branch to go to another one.. wasting much of my time and I even question why I bank with PNC. this particular branch also stinks of mold and mildew, it's an old outdated space that should be torn down.. this review was not a knee-jerk reaction, but rather one that I sat on for weeks before posting. I would encourage anyone and everyone to avoid this branch at all cost as they have no respect for you as the client

Great neighborhood bank. I do most of my banking online but it's a pleasure doing business with this team. Like the show Cheers, I walk in and everyone knows my name. Has been a nice experience for the kids too when they opened their accounts.

I don't know what this bank is like inside, but given that they charge $3.50 (tree fitty, for South Park fans) for their ATM withdrawls, I am unlikely to ever enter the building to find out.
